Static sale
Had no idea what I was doing in selling the static caravan that had been in my partners family for 20 years. Sent a message to Luna Statics and Steve got back to me the same day. Uploaded some photos and info and within a couple of days the sale was agreed and a deposit paid into our account. Few weeks later the van was collected and the rest of the money transferred (with a screenshot from the banking app as proof.) Very straightforward process and friendly. Thanks very much.

Hi Emma,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review.
I completely understand how daunting it can feel when you’ve never sold a static caravan before, especially one that has been in the family for such a long time. We always try to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible from the very first message through to collection and final payment.
I’m really pleased everything went smoothly for you and that you felt kept informed throughout.
Thanks again for trusting Luna Statics with the sale.

Great people, great company
If you are considering selling a static caravan, then you have found the absolute best company to deal with in Luna Statics. Steve and his wife are two of the nicest, honest, and genuine people you will ever meet.
We needed to sadly sell our van due to a change in circumstances and an extremely unhelpful and intransigent site management team did everything they could to make life difficult selling the van and introduced us to some really dodgy chancer dealers.
Fortunately we then found Steve on line and everything about the sale changed for the better. He offered a great price, and helped us immensely in navigating the disconnection and removal from site paper work. He kept us informed of what was happening throughout the sales process. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Kept his word and promises. Couldn’t recommend Steve and Luna Statics more highly. Thanks for all your help.

Hi Philip,
Thank you so much for such a thoughtful review. Claire and I genuinely really appreciate your kind words.
I know the circumstances around the sale made what was already a difficult situation even more stressful, so I’m really pleased we were able to step in, help you navigate the paperwork and make the process much easier from that point onwards.
We’ve always believed that if we agree something, we stick to it, keep people informed and do everything we can to make the sale as straightforward as possible.
Thank you again for putting your trust in us and for recommending Luna Statics so highly. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with you.

Steve was true to his word
Steve was true to his word. He was courteous and polite at all times. He paid a bigger deposit than normal due to my disconnection fee and he offered me more for my van than anyone else. Final payment was as he said before the transport company touched my van. I would definitely recommend him as the whole process from start to finish was stress free and went as he explained it to me.

Honest, efficient and professional
From the point of submitting a query through WhatsApp to receiving a call to let me know my sale was complete the customer service from Luna Statics has been honest, efficient and professional throughout. My van had met its permitted age at the holiday park so I had to sell off site or scrap the van. Luna Statics made me a fair offer and handled all of the arrangements with the park regarding pick up. This transaction has been problem free and I’m happy our van which has years of life left in it has found a new home rather than the scrap heap! Thank you Steve and Maxine.
