Hydrogen Water Bottle
As others have mentioned order don’t come from the uk despite their contact number being a UK number. They also have their registered address in Spain.
I made my order on 20th April and this arrived within 7 working days as indicated on the website.
The package arrived unbranded and directly from China, absolutely no mention of Lumenvira anywhere. If I known this was the case I would have purchased directly from Alibaba and saved a lot of money
My biggest issue is the lack of information on how to clean the product before first use. So I followed the standard cleaning instructions provided on the website “ A: The bottle is easy to maintain. Simply rinse it with warm water after each use. For a deeper clean, you can use a mild detergent and avoid submerging the base in water”
There was no information on how to clean provided with the bottle.
I was concerned about the smell of the product when using this as it made the water water taste metallic. So I emailed the company to why I was advised “ For the water bottle, we recommend soaking it in warm soapy water for approximately 24 hours. This will help remove any remaining residue or manufacturing odor and ensure it is fully clean before first use. After soaking, please rinse it thoroughly with clean water” while customer service was pretty good to provide this information, surely if you need to do this to ensure it’s “fully clean” before using then this information should me made clear on the website and included in the instructions within the package.
So far not impressed with the product or the companies lack of information, feels like you are just paying a middle company to purchase a product when you could go directly to the source and save money.

The only problem was the lack of notification at the start. But once contact was established the order was delivered on time as I was advised. Would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Purchased a WiFi extender. Certainly not plug and play. Far too complicated to set up so wasn’t able to get it to work. Put it back in its box and will look for something else.

Avoid this company based in Spain and customer service are outright liars.
Sorry but yet another update. So as the last desperate attempt to get my review taken down they logged a complaint with trustpilot saying it contained illegal or harmful content. Thankfully Trustpilot reviewed and disagreed. A very sad and pathetic company Lumenvira are all round.

Latest update is this company tried to get the review removed by saying it was against the wrong company! Ermm so why did they respond to my review....... guess they forgot that they did. Hilarious!
Firstly 2 things which are outright lies they did not call me for an hour or send a video! Why lie about this? All they did was send instructions how to install which I'd done anyway and offered 50% discount nothing else!!
Disgraceful why a company would outright lie about support they had offered even more reason not do business with them!! Oh and the cheap junk they sell is actually half the price on Amazon but no doubt still junk ! And no offensive language was used except Junk!! Lol
Avoid this company, based in Spain which isn't evident on the website. Product I ordered was sent from Korea and was useless, sent over a video as requested to show it not working correctly which I did then was sent a set of instructions of how to set the extender up if she'd bothered to watch the video properly she would see it had been set up so those instructions were useless. Was then told had to pay tracked postage back to spain which would have cost more than the piece of junk I was sending back. Very rude and patronising person dealing with it who clearly doesn't understand the products they are selling. Avoid this company based in Spain!

Additionally, despite receiving messages from you containing offensive language toward our customer support team, we chose to go the extra mile by calling you directly and spending over an hour on the phone in an attempt to guide you through the setup process. Unfortunately, these efforts were unsuccessful, as you repeatedly refused our assistance and insisted the product was faulty, despite it being fully functional.

My experience with the Company actually, warrants a 5 star. The only reason it’s 4 is because the product was unfortunately a faulty one and I had to contacted LumenVira. They were brilliant! I explained the problem and they responded immediately. I had sent them photos and they replied they were talking to their warehouse, identified the problem and immediately refunded my money. They gave 5 star service and I would definitely use them again.

Broken hydrogen bottle
I ordered the hydrogen bottle early December and it arrived approximately 4 weeks later. When I removed it from the box I found the glass bottle was cracked at the bottom. The bottle cost £70 and I didn't get to use it once. I have tirelessly rang the contact number and continuously get an answer message in a foreign language. I have sent numerous emails and no reply

I ordered the tyre inflator 2/3 weeks and have still not received it. I have written to the customer services and had replies advising that they run out then saying it would be delivered asap then changed the delivery company and it’s still not here. They told me that it was
delivered 2 days ago and was signed for - but not by me. I have asked for a refund and now waiting for a response.
I am totally let down by this company. They take the money when ordering and here I am with nothing. I am in my 70’s and can’t afford to be out of pocket by nearly £50
Following on from my earlier experience I have have contact from Lumenvira who apologised for the difficulties I experienced and refunded the money yesterday. Thank you for the follow up. I am sorry I did not receive the tyre inflator but I am pleased to have had my money refunded.
UPDATE
Further to my earlier review I have had further contact with Carolina at Lumenvira following receiving the very late delivery of the tyre inflator by Royal Mail. I have now reviewed my scoring to Five Stars we resolved the matter to my satisfaction and thank Carolina for her quick and helpful intervention.

However, their response took several days, which we acknowledge was not ideal.
Because our customers are always our top priority, we did not want you to wait any longer, so we proactively issued a full refund to ensure you were not left out of pocket.

Unfortunately the door bell I purchased did not work satisfactorily with my Wi-Fi Reuter and two additional Wi-Fi pods. The support from customer service Carolina Garcia was excellent. I was eventually refunded the total cost.

Issue Resolved with Total Satisfaction
Initially I was disappointed that my order for a tyre inflator for my car was nor delivered as expected.
I made contact with the company to express my concern.
It was explained that there had been an issue with the item. As a result their very helpful customer service department arranged a full refund to I be made. This was made within a week.
Problems occur and mine was dealt with swiftly and courteously, I will have no hesitation in reusing this company
