The unit was OK but very little better than a similar device from another provider. I was given a 50% refund and have opted to keep the unit as a spare to avoid the postage cost and delays involved in returning it. Refund was received in 3 days so excellent refund time.
Original Delivery was about 4 days so not bad on that score either.

Very poor do not buy from this retailer if you are in the UK. Slow delivery. Poor customer service. Failed to carry out refund as promised. Honestly, please don’t buy their products. Please note they are not in the UK. If you want to send something back they will ask you to pay the shipping costs to Spain. They may then offer you a 50% refund before then agreeing to a full refund a x not completing the transaction. In my case they blamed an open chargeback case for why they couldn’t refund. I removed the chargeback and they still didn’t refund. If you want this sort of hassle go ahead abc buy from them. Good luck.

Very trustworthy company orderd a wifi extender from here although I wasn't completely satisfied with the overall product the customer support was top tier got a fast response and a quick solution to it all,would definitely recommend them

The WiFi booster, sadly didn't work for me, did not boost WiFi signal. But customer services were very quick to refund.

Shocking!! Ordered a heating fan it was defective on day one. Customer Service advised I could return the "defective" product at my cost or keep it and gift it to a friend for 50% refund and less hassle than returning the item. Do not purchase from this company!!!!!! Who wants to keep a
product that does not work?? This was defective from the second we plugged it in and we advised immediately!!! It only arrived today, disgraceful! - The company has now refunded the money, but I cannot recommend this company the quality of product is poor at best, and their rerurns policy is return at your cost or keep for 50% refund, unless defective, be cautious!!!

We would like to return this product. It is working intermittently and we have tried numerous sockets in the house and numerous other products.
