I ordered a knitted mask from them at the start of June, the express shipping took 2 weeks, because it probably came right from china. I found out it was just an item that was bought from Temu and resold, they even had the same pictures.
Quality was as expected for a Temu product, but not worth 45€ at all.

I immediately contacted them for a return, in 2 weeks I sent 2 mails, they didn’t get back to me at all.

I am currently in contact with PayPal to get my money back, (there they answered immediately, who would have thought) but even there they are refusing to allow the 14 day returns.

They are a total scam and I honestly don’t know how shops like this one can exist, and how customers can’t be protected against them.

Stupidly did not read reviews. Ordered a shirt from them which arrived after about a month.

Terrible quality, cost 35 eur probably worth about 1.50. When I asked to return the item, they said they do not accept returns.

They are scammers selling crap with fake pictures at over inflated costs. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Scam! Product never arrived, and seller did not respond to emails. AVOID.

I've been waiting for my order for two weeks even though I checked and via their tracking service it stated it had arrived. Today I received a text from the postal service in my country stating my order has been sent to the wrong address as the delivery address label wasn't legible, I need to add my details within 12 hours. Once I'd added my details I was then told me I had to pay for the post. Seriously!!!

I sent them an email immediately with an attachment of the text I received and I got an automated email back thanking me for my order and telling me I can track it with a link included.

Lol....I've only just read the reviews on line for this company (my stupid fault) and as I'm not going to pay for the post I can with 99 percent certainty say I can write this item off and a learning curve.

DO NOT BUY A SINGLE THING FROM THEM.

Purchased a phone case plus chain and was only sent the phone case. No chain, and no amount of emails has made them reply to me about anything. Very disappointing.

J’ai acheté une veste qui leur a été renvoyé ou perdue par la société de transport. Depuis le 17 avril 2024. Il est signalé sur le site internet que le colis a été perdu ou renvoyé chez eux. On est 1 mois plus tard, j’ai envoyé au moins 10 mails pour avoir un remboursement ou des infos sur mon achat. Depuis un mois , pas de réponse. Il ne répond plus à rien. N’ACHETEZ JAMAIS SUR CE SITE. Il se fournisse sur AliExpress ou Temu et les vend beaucoup plus cher.

Its a dropshipping website, products come from chitcwelly, they sell it double the price, scumbags.

They sell Chinese products at high prices. They say clothes can't be returned even though I bought a phone case! I can't believe I fell for this 😅

I ordered a sweater from loveyourmom.net. I received it approximately a month later. For a sweater which cost around $50, it was very poorly made. I returned the sweater on March 12. It was delivered to them in Jamaica, NY on March 14. They've refused to answer my emails. I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed the order

Refunds are not applicable for clothing items, which is a against the law in most parts of the world...

The item shipped was of doubtful quality...

SCAMMERS

Ripping off customers selling cheap products from TEMU and selling them double the price along with deliver costs.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! I’ve tried to issue my refund for a month and a half now and they’ve been ignoring me after the product was defective!

The product was nowhere near as described on the website. I tried to return it but I never received any reply from them, despite my many attempts. Not recommended!

Der Versand dauerte sehr lange, das Produkt war nicht wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und sie verweigerten eine Rücknahme. Ihr Rückgaberecht auf der Website ist rechtlich nicht gültig, eine Adresse findet man im Impressum auch nicht. Von dem Shop ist abzuraten.
