TOTAL SCAM! AVOID! Do not buy any clothing from this store. No refund policy, terrible quality and sizes are all too small - I ordered extra large tracksuit bottoms and got was more like child age 8-10. What a waste of money and unfortunately no consumer protection because based in Asia

If I could give these scammers a zero star I would what a peace of crap. I ordered some shoes and the ones I received are a total knock off look like some 5 year old took glue and some material and glued them together. Do not buy anything from these scammers.

Item never recieved

In regards to a purchased made at the website loveyourmom. I never recieved any information regarding delivery status, never got a reply from customer service and ultimately never recieved the purchased item. Finally I contacted my credit card company to claim the money back and start a process against the business. The credit card company contacted them, and all of a sudden, just a day after, I recieved an email from loveyourmom stating they "tried to contact me to inform that the item is out of stock". Wich is a total lie. No one ever tried to contact me.
Do NOT purchase anything from this website. it is a total scam!

Sehr slecht, order habe ich gemacht 11.9., heute ist 25.9. Und nix passiert. Mit besttelung keine bewegung, habe ich reklamation per Paypal gemacht

They take ages to send your parcel. High prices for cheap, quality products. Unresponsive customer support. Run away; do not buy anything from them!

I ordered a long windbreaker. It came a several days later than promised. It arrived with a 2 - 3 inch gap in a shoulder seam where it was poorly sewn. The overall garment without the defect was of "fair" quality at best.

I have emailed the business 6 times over the last 8 days regarding a refund for the defective product, and received absolutely no response of any kind.

How to make the business better:
1. actually perform quality control on your products.
2. answer customer emails

Yes I should have read the reviews first ! Awful product, description on line just not true. I would love to get my money back but I doubt if I ever will. DO NOT ORDER.

I ordered a cottage core shirt. It came from China, it took a while for it to arrive and when i finally got it, it didn’t resemble the product photo in any way. Just a scam this.

Extremely disappointed with how I have been deceived. Ordered a quilted jacket yet the design I ordered is nowhere similar to the design I have received printed on the jacket. Never order from this website and if I don’t receive a full refund, I am currently in contact with the consumer regulation authorities and will take this website down for good.

I ordered London 90,s sweatpants. Im 187cm long. Ill got a pair that is short even for a pygmie. The pants problably was sown in a sweatshop in some asian country. The label tales the tale. Never ever buy from these fraudsters. Really crappy site.

I ordered a "Japanese Linen Shirt" for my husband. It took a long time to receive it, and when it arrived, inside we found what we now believe to be a Scam? Not only was the fabric an unpleasant synthetic material, the pattern and the cut were different from what was advertised, plus the size was much smaller and oddly cut. A funny looking thing, vastly different and lesser quality from the advertised item. I have emailed the company several times to try to resolve the issue; but they have not replied back. I believe we got SCAMMED.

Die bestellte Hose hatte eine etwas längere Lieferzeit. Das Warten wurde belohnt mit einer perfekt sitzenden und hochwertig verarbeiteten Hose. Das Produkt ist so, wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Ich werde gerne wieder bestellen.

My order arrive 1 month after purchase and came in the wrong size. I emailed them about it and they told me they will send a new size. Another month has pass and nothing and no response to my emails.
