I have been a Love-Sew customer for some time now, and I love their unique products that are often hard to find elsewhere. Every item I've purchased has truly enhanced my sewing and crafting experience, such as the quilting ruler set, binder/hem, transfer pens, seam clips, and HEMMING CLIPS. Although the latter were lost in shipment. Love-Sew was amazing in locating and retrieving the package. These HEMMING CLIPS are especially brilliant, acting like oversized bobby pins that make measuring and holding hems in place a breeze, whether you hem by machine or hand.
Many things these days are found on a media feed, so rarely do I post on socials. However 'finding lost package' is worth a note. There are real people to assist on the end of that FB post. Not an auto responder! Love-Sew can and will assist and in my experience their products are exceptional.

I have ordered from Love Sew twice now and have been pleased both times. Both products were excellent, prices were reasonable, shipping was pretty quick and the company seems to be very customer friendly. I highly recommend Love Sew for your sewing and quilting needs.

I ordered and paid for quilt pattern from Love Sew.com. I also ordered a free pattern on the same order form. I downloaded one of them to my computer but could not find the second one anywhere. I contacted your Customer Service and they said they would send another one right away. In the meantime, I located the second one and asked Love Sew to please disregard my message as the second one was there all along. Customer Service was not only fast to respond to my predicament but remained so good-natured and understanding of my self-imposed problem. They were awesome!!!

The product I purchased arrived in a timely manner, and was in excellent condition. Really like the wool pad as well as the colorful ironing board cover.

Product came fast, and works like a charm (magnetic wand)

LoveSew and I had been working back & forth from April 8 thru May 27, 2023 to solve a missing shipment problem. We had a few delays in correspondence from their customer service, at first, but I kept emailing them. I had ordered additional pre-cut fabric to finish the quilt I had started with their fabric. Shipment notification was delayed by about 10 days, as well as the tracking #. The tracking # finally came and I watched it for delivery time. It became stuck with no progress for days. Contact with trucking company sent me back to LoveSew, as if it was their problem, (which I highly doubt).
Head of Customer Service at LoveSew, worked diligently with me, via email, to come up with a satisfactory solution for me to get my original choice of fabric from my order. A different size in pre-cut fabric was added to my order and sent out at no extra charge to me. I received it quickly after that.
Yes I waited, but I did not have a deadline for needing the fabric. LoveSew figured it out and was very professional in all correspondence, as I also tried to be.
I would order from them again.

I've been following LoveSew for a long time. Unlike other online resources, not only are their prices very reasonable, but their customer service is extremely responsive. Twice I have written to them with a question, and twice the response was timely. They're nice folks to do business with. Looking forward to receiving my recent purchase and others in the future.

The reversible fitted ironing board cover is a game changer. It’s easy to fit on to my ironing board, and not only does it make pressing seams easy and perfectly, it’s cut down my clothes ironing time also. Very nice.

Shipping time was quick too

Always what I'm looking for!! Extensive sewing presser foot I need even a whole kit of assorted feet. Ironing board covers in wool or wool pad I can take with me.

I originally had ordered a quilter's ruler. by some mistake I received blades instead of the ruler. the problem was straightened out and I received the ruler that I had originally ordered. very pleased with the quality of the ruler and the price. I would encourage my friends to order products from this company.

Love Sew had a wool pressing mat on Amazon at the size I wanted and a price I can afford! The wool mat is a tremendous help to my quilting and sewing! Great wool material!

A very good pressing mat when you are making clothes etc. Fits into a drawer in my craft room too.
