I bought the sunbeam quilt kit and I’m loving it. Well I guess I fell in love with the kit the moment I saw it! It was affordable— a decent price for all you get. And it came so fast!! I can’t wait to start it!

Merchandise shown as shipped was never shipped. I emailed them and got a generic answer. Twice request a valid phone number. no response.

My original order was lost in the mail and I was sent a replacement order free of charge.
It came very quickly.

Fabric is beautiful, colours are gorgeous, and quality seems to be very high, certainly better and cheaper than I can purchase in NZ.
However there has been a considerable wait for this fabric to arrive, quite hard to track, but seems to have left USA to Germany, before heading to New Zealand, very strange route I think
My only criticism is the time waiting, and difficulty keeping track of where the fabric was in the world.

I recently received an item from Love Sew that was damaged - not their fault. They rectified the problem immediately. I received a replacement within the week.

The value of the item caused me to order from Love Sew. When it arrived, the packaging was not secure and the item was damaged. I immediately contacted them and they quickly processed a replacement order. That item arrived in good shape. The packaging should be beefed up, but the customer service was excellent.

This is one of the best companies to order from online. Quality products, shipping cost are low, shipping is fast & customer service is friendly (if, like me, you accidentally double order or forget to add something).

I love their items, but how quickly they filled my order was impressive! I look forward to shopping with them again!

Received this template yesterday and it looks great. I think I will really enjoy using it. I've had a hemorrhage behind my right eye and lost all vision out of it, so it makes cutting straight lines straight lines really hard. I think this template will solve a lot of my problems. Thank you!!!

I ordered a large cutting mat and it was damaged in transit. I notified Love Sew, they responded to my email within minutes. Yesterday they asked me to send a picture of the damage and today a new mat is on the way to me. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. To have this situation resolved in such a positive manner in only 2 days is amazing This company is great and I plan to spread the word in my quilting community.

Well I have to say I'm a little disappointed with this company, firstly it reads like this company is in the UK but after reading other comments on here, they are actually in the US, which OK isn't a bad thing but it would be nice to be informed from the start, I do try and buy from local or at least UK based companies (and certainly not Amazon), secondly my order took nearly three weeks to arrive (probably because it came from the US, so that explains that then), thirdly I got bombarded with emails after I placed an order, I bought the item for my partner as a Christmas present after she said one would be handy, fair enough they are not to know it's not for me personally and I have no interest in sewing and forthly the postage bag the item irrived in, had 'love sew' blazened all over it, which again I suppose isn't their fault as they probably don't think it really matters but it just gave the game away and spoilt the surprise factor when the postman handed it to her personally, I admit all little petty things to moan about but just puts me off using them again.

Love Sew has unique and useful products for those who sew. They contacted me to be sure a recent order arrived in good condition and even responded to my feedback quickly. Great customer service!

Love Sew made my lost package experience wonderful. I contacted them the day after the second part of my package didn’t arrive. Customer service answered within 24hrs and wanted some details which I easily provided thanks to my doorbell camera. They had a replacement shipment sent out the next day. Awesome! I’ll definitely come back and shop again.

I accidentally ordered the same item twice. Once I noticed the transaction amount had come out of my account twice. I contacted Love Sew and they cancelled one order and refunded my money immediately. They were so courteous and polite in all communication with me. I will definitely shop with them again ❤️
