I purchased a walking foot from Love Sew that did not fit my machines. After contacting LS customer service and several discussions I was promptly refunded the cost and told to keep the foot. This is true customer service! I will buy from them again

I like the 12.5” x 12.5” square ruler from Love Sew because the markings are clear, easy to read, and not too busy, making it easier to measure. The 1/2” frosted markings make it easier to see the fabric you’re cutting, and they stop the square from moving around while you’re cutting. The blue 1” dots are on the outside edges so you get a much clearer look at what you’re cutting from end to end of the square.

They are great to deal with. Good prices and sales. I get my items in a timely manner.

I Love this pattern and coordinating blue and yellow fabric. Love Sew is the best! I received quality quilter’s cotton fabrics cut and folded perfectly 💕 and the quilt is gorgeous!

Love-Sew is one of my most favorite quilt supply vendors! Service is quick, the products that I have purchased have been top-notch all the way, and questions have been answered promptly! They’ve come a long ways in the years I have been doing business with them and I want to see them succeed and grow!

Ordered merchandise 11/30/23. Followed up 12/10 after not receiving shipping confirmation. Merchandise tracking number received 12/13. Today 12/22. No merchandise. Customer service continues to send same tracking number showing product has not moved. Moved to PayPal dispute. Seems like a scam.

12/23/23 Merchant continues to provide reassurance. Does not appear to try to track merchandise. Again, ordered 11/30/23, promised delivery in 7 days. Today 12/23/23, 24 days since ordering. No Christmas gift will be under tree. Would never order from this merchant if product arrival is desired.
12/28. Due to merchant failing to track parcel (despite requiring insurance), merchant now states they are “tired of waiting for parcel to arrive at shipper” and they have no more product. Result, more than 30 days after order, multiple requests for new shipment, I have no gift to give. Asked if I would like to order something else. No. I would not. Have requested refund 5 times. Still no refund. Escalated with PayPal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MERCHANT. Continues to send marketing emails to me.

Great communication, acknowledged my order, thanking me for it (personal touch) updated me on shipment and updated me on all aspects. Great communication, made me feel like they cared. Will deal with them often.

My package arrived in a timely manner and wow, my hems are more professional looking. Still have to practice a bit still but they work splendidly.

I placed an order over the Black Friday weekend, when my order arrived the package was damaged several goods were missing and others were damaged. I took photos of what I received and their condition and emailed Love Sew to make them aware and ask them to please replace them. To my pleasant surprise, I received an answer within a day, and they immediately placed a replacement order for the damaged goods and all the items that were not in the package! I know this wasn't easy for them as several 1/2 yd bundles were missing along with some notions and thread. In a little over a week, I received the replacement items free of charge. The customer service was outstanding and I love their rulers and cutting mats both are non-slip, accurate, and durable. Thank you Love-Sew!

Love Sew is an extremely reliable supplier. You are kept in touch with the progress of your order and if you have any queries they keep in touch, pretty much by return email. The fabrics I ordered have been excellent quality with strong & vibrant colours. I am looking forward to getting stuck into my next project!! Thank you Love Sew for your service and support.

Love the wool pressing mat. Quality product. Easy ordering and quick delivery.

simple order of 3 items took two shipments. i get it, different warehouses. the warehouse closest to me had NO movement once the label was created for an entire week. Now, 3 weeks later after the last label scan, and I still can not get a person to help me. I'm passed to different people each time I email and they all say they'll contact the shipping service. No answers ever given. I've asked for a refund of that item or a reship of just that one item that is still not delivered.

I purchased the 18” x 12” wool pressing mat. I had been wanting one for a while and then saw Love Sew’s great price recently and ordered one. It came in about a week and works great. I also liked the idea of supporting a small US company.

I ordered titanium blades. They never arrived thanks to the post! Wrote to let them know and they sent out a replacement set asap!! Great service!! Care about the customers. Which is rare today! I will be ordering from them again. I’m happy

I had placed an order for a quilt kit. When I received shipping notice, I saw it was being sent to my old address across the country. I emailed LoveSew right away, and they assured me they would change the address to the correct one. I love LoveSew and have never had a problem in the past. I was able to have my daughter pick it up from my old address, and she is sending it to me. It would be great if there was a live chat or customer service phone number.
