Thank you for your quality products, your helpful service people,and your tracked delivery. I have used Love Sew products for myself...and then for gifts for my sewing daughters. My recent purchase was the small rotating mat and ruler. I have not had an opportunity to use it yet, but hoping to in the near future. Shhhh, don't tell my girls.

I have purchased two quilt kits from this company. Both arrived in New Zealand very quickly. The fabric is of good quality, beautiful colours and of good weight. The quilt design instructions are easy to follow. I will be purchasing more quilt kits as designs I like are released.

I recently purchased fabric and a quilt pattern from Love Sew. The fabrics are lovely in texture and colours are beautiful. The pattern is very easy to follow. There was some fabric missing from the order and the help team were quick to sort out the problem and send the missing fabric.

Excellent customer service
I recently purchased a product that when received it on 7/6 it was broken. I contacted the support team and explained the problem and requested a refund. This morning I received an email letting me know that a refund for the full amount was credited back to my account. I highly recommend this company and will shop with them again.

18” x 24” cutting mat
I recently bought the 18” x 24” cutting mat from Love Sew, which is *the* best cutting mat I’ve owned in 27 years of quilting.
The mat is thick, yet flexible & (!!) printed on both sides, essentially meaning that I bought two mats for the price of one!
I highly recommend Love Sew. I’ve purchased a number of things from them. All were excellent quality and were delivered quickly.

BUYER BEWARE -Cutting Mat is HORRIBLE!
BUYER BEWARE! I purchased two of the Love-Sew cutting mats after using the Olfa brand for years. HORRIBLE quality - developed slits all the way through the mat in SEVERAL places after only one use (I cut fabrics for one throw size quilt)! The mat IS NOT "self-healing" and WILL NOT "last for years to come" as advertised on their website. When I contacted them, they basically said, too bad and offered me 10% off! DO NOT BUY THESE MATS - very, very poor quality!!

Hi Cathy, we regret to hear this. Upon verification, your order for the cutting mat was placed in October 2022. As explained by one of our customer representatives, your order is beyond our replacement policy which is only for 60 days from the date the package was delivered. Please note as well that the lifespan of a product depends on how it's used.
As per the recent conversation, the management approves the replacement as an exemption but we haven't gotten your reply with regards to verifying your current address. Kindly check and we hope to hear from you soon.
