Incredible customer support!
I ordered a plastic ruler and sewing machine presser foot from Love Sew. The ruler arrived but the presser foot did not. I emailed the Love Sew customer support team and they immediately mailed the part to me without questioning me. I have had similar issues with other vendors and its always the same thing - pass the blame to the shipper and then the shipper blames the vendor and ultimately, the customer is left empty handed and empty walleted. Not with Love Sew! The replacement part was sent to me within 5 business days and now my sewing machine has a new presser foot. Their customer support team is top notch!

I ordered the Carpenters Apprentice…
I ordered the Carpenters Apprentice pattern and fabric kit. The instructions are wrong and I cut one selection of fabric wrong and needed more. I emailed the company twice only to be told the fabric was sold out. When I asked when they expected more i got no answer. When I would comment on their Friday Only sale that is available 24/7 -365 my comments got deleted.
Learned my lesson the hard way

The pattern instruction we sent is correct, and we have also been responding to your email accordingly. Due to the demand for the Bellflower collection, we have run out of stock since we launched it. We will happily send you the fabric you need for free once we have it. According to our last email reply to you on the 6th of March, we will have it back in 3 to 4 months. If you have any other concerns or need assistance, do not hesitate to let us know.
This company lies about their guarantee.
This company advertises that they guarantee a 60 day return policy, no matter what the reason for a full refund. That is a LIE! They only gave me 30% on a credit for an item I purchased and did not know it would not fit because there was no detailed description online. Purchased 2/5/2025 and credit on 3/5/2025.

I placed an order on February 10, 2025. They immediately charged me for the order, but here it is 9 days later and they still have not shipped it. They told me it would ship the following day. And they cannot seem to answer any emails inquiring as to why. Just another on line scam to get your money. And no phone number to talk to anyone. Do your research first people!!

I’d received a broken ruler from Amazon. They told me to contact Love Sew, which I did. Spoke with Grace, customer service rep’ and she helped me with efficiency and kindness! I am still so impressed with how she handled everything. There’s nothing richer than dealing with great customer service reps! I received my replacement ruler in a very timely manner. Lost order was replaced
I am a first time shopper - I ordered for myself well before the Christmas rush (early November) and then my order got "stuck" in transit - It had left the shipping facility but never arrived at my door. I decided reach out to customer service - and they replied to EVERY email. At first, we just waited to see if it might turn up since shipping in November and December was a mess. I told them lets wait til January and try again. They replaced the order and threw in a few freebies for my trouble. I haven't had chance to put the items to use yet - so that is hopefully going to be five star as well.

Her free patterns are fun and easy to follow with great pictures showing how to do the written instructions. I have used them for Grand Camp teaching my granddaughter to sew with fun and quick and cute projects.

Excellent Customer Service and Products
I placed an order and used one sale coupon code, only to complete my order and then remember that I had a better coupon code to use. I immediately sent an email asking if my order could be adjusted to reflect the better coupon code. Grace responded shortly after and let me know that my order total was adjusted and the credit was put back in my credit card. This was all done extremely quickly and I continue to be super impressed with the customer service. I'm also excited to get my order because they offer quality products!! Great company!!
