Ordered fabric on Jan 30, confirmation email sent. I began emailing them on 2/11 since all I heard were crickets. First response was auto reply. Second reply same day was 'let us check with our fullfillment'. More crickets!
On 2/14 I sent email stating I was going to contact credit card company to cancel payment due to non delivery. In less than 24 hrs I get email with apologies that they ran out of fabric and were issuing a refund - order cancelled. This is obviously a way to prevent me from saying 'they didn't deliver'. Will be checking for refund!!
The interesting part is that I went back to their website and guess what? The exact fabric is indeed still available for ordering. Must be a bigger hit to have a credit company dispute a charge vs the consumer.
I would bet money that their raving reviews are AI and not real customers :)

UPDATE: I did receive full refund but still would not order from them ever again!

I have completed 2 months of this quilt and the fabric is awesome. The quality of fabulous is very nice to work with. Company offers receiving blocks early if you are ready for them.

I’m working on Love See Bellflower Tulip BOM month 7. I love this fabric! Instructions are easy to understand and the number of blocks is listed under the finished block.

A special offer of quilt storage bags, (a zippered cloth type bag to store completed quilts where they will stay clean, plus it has a handle and small plastic window so you can see what’s in there without opening the bag). I purchased 2 to give as a gift.

There was reliable communication, which was helpful.
The product was well-made, and the markings gave correct seam allowances, especially with the use of the magnetic seam allowance marker. It is incredibly easy to use and has significantly improved my quilting skills.

This online site is the best ever! The employees really help you out and check back to see how things are going; not to sell you anything else, just checking if there is anything else they can do for you! What a company.

i love the materials and have made about six quilts using them packaging is awesome, love the ribbon they are wrapped with just shows a little extra love and I thing I have some of the sewing gadgets that are helpful, great delivery and very prompt.

I was sent the wrong fabric for Month 2. I emailed them and was given Month 2 for NO charge!! Can’t tell you how happy I am with this company. When they say they will do something, it is done!
