Mercoledì mi arriva una mail che dice che gli occhiali sono stati spediti ma a Bartolini non risulta e purtroppo non sono stata contattata per avere ulteriori spedizioni..
Mi dispiace molto perché speravo fossero più precisi su questo.

ci dispiace sinceramente per quanto accaduto. Purtroppo il corriere ci ha confermato lo smarrimento del pacco subito dopo l’affidamento, motivo per cui il tracciamento non risultava attivo.
Non appena ricevuta la conferma, abbiamo provveduto a cancellare l’ordine ed emettere il rimborso completo, così che lei non subisse alcun costo.
Comprendiamo la sua delusione e ci dispiace non essere riusciti a offrirle l’esperienza che si aspettava.

Il 24 dicembre ho già ordinati gli occhiali fino oggi non e arrivato , oggi è 11 gennaio dopo 19 giorni niente. E ancora non lo so quanti giorni oppure settimane devo aspettare?

ci teniamo a precisare, per correttezza verso chi legge, che lei è già stato contattato direttamente via email e ha ricevuto tutte le informazioni relative all’ordine.
I tempi di consegna indicati al momento dell’acquisto erano 10–14 giorni lavorativi, condizioni chiaramente riportate sul sito e accettate in fase di checkout. Ad oggi sono trascorsi 8 giorni lavorativi, quindi i tempi indicativi non risultano superati. La disponibilità indicata si riferisce allo stock del fornitore, non a merce immediatamente presente in magazzino.
Come già comunicato, qualora non desideri attendere, possiamo procedere alla cancellazione immediata dell’ordine con rimborso completo: è sufficiente che ci confermi come desidera procedere.

Occhiali TOM FORD
Ho ordinato gli occhiali TOM FORD prima di Natale, mi hanno subito contattata dicendo che la spedizione avrebbe potuto tardare a causa delle festività imminenti invece oggi, 5 gennaio sono già arrivati. Sono stata contattata da un'operatrice che chiedeva se potevo attendere, mi sono sentita tutelata e rassicurata. Occhiali arrivati nella confezione originale molto bella.

Acquisto effettuato il 15 dicembre, occhiali non ancora ricevuti. Mi rispondono dopo giorni dicendo che hanno ricevuto gli occhiali dai produttori ma prima di inviarmeli devono fare l’inventario perché il negozio è stato chiuso per giorni. Ma stiamo scherzando!? Che cura avete del cliente che paga profumatamente da voi? Non comprerò mai più in questo sito dove non c’è attenzione al cliente! No comment

Countless emails for 3 weeks asking for updates on order. no replies until today to be told the glasses have been discontinued. No email about refund and next steps. They are currently on the brands’ website. Scam. Waste of time and energy. Don’t trust.

Ordinato il 15 dicembre un paio di occhiali su questo sito dove era scritto che il prodotto doveva arrivare pienamente entro Natale.. esattamente 4 giorni dalla spedizione.. consegnato a Bartolini corriere il prodotto come scritto sul sito in 24 ore ma ad oggi 23 dicembre non ho nessuna certezza dell'arrivo di ciò che ho ordinato .. oltretutto è un regalo..ho mandato una Prima email a Lookeronline spiegando la situazione ma mi hanno risposto che è per il periodo il ritardo...ho mandato altre 2 email ma non mi hanno più risposto... oltretutto stamani nel my Bartolini non mi danno certezza sull'arrivo prima di Natale degli occhiali...
Di tutto questo c'è una grave negligenza da parte di LOOKERONLINE alla quale ho pagato anticipatamenteee comunque sono responsabili anche della spedizione.
Sconsiglio vivamente questo sito...
Faccio presente che ho comprato tutti i miei regali di Natale su internet e solamente con LOOKERONLINE e BARTOLINI ho avuto problemi di consegna..

ci teniamo a chiarire, per correttezza verso chi legge, che l’ordine è stato regolarmente spedito nei tempi indicati e affidato al corriere. Il ritardo nella consegna è stato causato esclusivamente dalle criticità operative del vettore durante il periodo natalizio, situazione purtroppo diffusa e indipendente dalla nostra volontà.
Il pacco risulta consegnato il 29 dicembre, a seguito dei rallentamenti generalizzati del corriere nei giorni precedenti il Natale. Una volta affidata la spedizione, le tempistiche di consegna dipendono esclusivamente dal vettore incaricato.

They kindly supported me through every step of the process, helped arranging for the glasses to be fixed.
What I truly appreciated was their attitude — even though they could have simply directed me to the brand and left it there, they chose to take care of the situation and give a support. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made an upsetting situation much easier to process. Highly recommended!

The item was prepared and shipped on December 9th, and the package was successfully delivered by FedEx on December 11th, as confirmed by the official proof of delivery in our possession.
This timeline is well within the delivery estimates clearly stated on our website, which indicate an estimated sourcing time of 5–11 business days. In fact, the order was completed faster than expected.
We would also like to note that we never received any email or request from you asking for shipping updates. Had you contacted us, we would have been happy to provide full tracking details and assistance immediately.
Leaving a one-star review for a service that was completed correctly and within the declared timeframes is unfortunate and misleading. We always operate transparently and are available to assist our customers whenever needed.
