We're sorry to see your 1-star review, but let’s clarify a few important facts—both for you and for anyone reading this:

Your order was shipped promptly and correctly. The issue you're complaining about is not caused by us, but by standard UK customs regulations. As you live in the UK (which is outside the EU), customs duties and import charges are legally required by your country’s authorities on goods imported from abroad. This is not a hidden fee, nor is it something we profit from or control.

During the checkout process, you were clearly informed that duties are not included, and you even confirmed your understanding by ticking the checkbox before completing your purchase. We also clearly state this in our Shipping Policy, available at any time on our website.

To all our future customers reading this:
We operate transparently and honestly. If you're ordering from outside the EU (such as the UK), please be aware that your local customs office may apply import duties. These are not charged by us, and they are not hidden.

ci dispiace sapere che la sua esperienza non sia stata positiva, nonostante il nostro impegno nel fornirle assistenza. Abbiamo sempre risposto prontamente alle sue richieste nei limiti dei nostri orari lavorativi, sia via email (otto comunicazioni) che su WhatsApp. Inoltre, ha ricevuto la conferma d’ordine con tempi di consegna chiari, il tracking appena il prodotto è stato spedito e il pacco le è stato consegnato in otto giorni lavorativi, quindi nei tempi previsti (7-14 giorni lavorativi).

Siamo spiacenti per il danno alla custodia causato dal corriere e, appena segnalato, abbiamo provveduto immediatamente a inviarle una nuova a nostre spese. Il nostro obiettivo è offrire il miglior servizio possibile e continueremo a lavorare per migliorare sempre di più.

Restiamo a disposizione per qualsiasi ulteriore necessità, e la ringraziamo per il prezioso feedback.

Ci dispiace molto leggere il suo feedback, soprattutto perché non rappresenta la realtà dei fatti. Per chiarezza, desideriamo spiegare la situazione a beneficio di chi legge:

Cancellazione dell'ordine: È stata lei stessa a richiedere l'annullamento del suo ordine poco dopo averlo effettuato, poiché i tempi di spedizione (specificati chiaramente sulla pagina del prodotto, durante il checkout e nell'email di conferma) non erano di suo gradimento.

Rimborso: Il suo ordine è stato prontamente annullato e il rimborso è stato elaborato da parte nostra. Come le abbiamo spiegato più volte, i tempi di accredito dipendono esclusivamente dalle banche e non possono avvenire in 24 ore, specialmente durante il periodo natalizio.

Comunicazioni: Non è corretto affermare che non abbiamo risposto. Le abbiamo fornito spiegazioni dettagliate in più occasioni tramite i canali ufficiali, inclusa la sua PEC.

Ci teniamo a sottolineare che il nostro obiettivo è sempre quello di offrire un servizio trasparente ed efficiente, come testimoniano le numerose recensioni positive dei nostri clienti. Ci dispiace che abbia percepito diversamente la situazione e siamo sempre disponibili per ulteriori chiarimenti.
