Excellent. No hassle, no phone calls, no pledges from previous energy supplier. Excellent and seamless service.
Terrible service, and incompetence.
First switch increased my bill from first provider variable tariff. Complained, they cancelled it - but new provider still took funds from my account. Complained again, they promised it'd be fixed and cancel my switch.
Got refund from new supplier....now two months later my old supplier has cancelled my account, my new supplier is...? I'm not sure. Nobody is taking payments. Currently wasting time on the phone direct to providers trying to sort this out because LAMB has turned off their customer support phone lines which is utterly ridiculous. I will be terminating my account with LAMB as soon as I can get hold of someone.

Very missleading
Very missleading. Just watch your bills as they will increase. Smaller suppliers going out of business too which they ref you too. I've ended up paying more with this company then using uswitch or taking the time to shop about. Claimed to have saved me £345 when it's cost me more then my past suppler. Not impressed with their customer service. Don't respond to emails or answer questions.

Just had a message from British Gas the company I was put with by Look after my bills is ceasing to trade the company is Peoples Energy only been with them since March what a load of rubbish, shouldn't look after my bills be dealing with this ???

BAD!!!! When calling beacuse I want to leave them they consistently hang up on my calls!!! It's like they have noted my number as someone 'not to speak to'!!! Do not use them - I agree with the other 2 poor reviews below this one.

They do everything for you.
It was so easy just fill in a form and look after my bills do everything. They give regular updates always keeping in touch. My only downside is we have a smart meter and the company we are with don't have facilities to read it. Not look after my bills fault but they do ask on the form if you have one, would of been useful to me if they had told us the company didn't have this facility before we agreed. Now we have to read the meter and send videos. Not ideal . Other than that happy with look after my bills.
Do not use this company! More hassle than help!
I have only been with LAMB for 1 year and I have had nothing but problems from the moment they switched me initially, to my current switch now due.
I have spent so much time on the phone rectifying the things they have messed up or not communicated properly, I would have been better off if I had just switched myself directly on both occasions. I would NEVER recommend them and I will NEVER use them again.
I am not someone who writes reviews but I am so disappointed in their services I could not let this pass.
I would urge you to manage your bills away from this company. They are more hassle than help!

Do your homework before signing up!
We have been changing suppliers ourselves for years with no problems. Saw Look After My Bills advertised and signed up.
When we first used them in June 2020 we thought everything was OK. We got changed from British Gas to Utility Point without any fuss. Fast forward 12 months to when it came time to review, the problems started. We were told we were changing to a supplier called Green Energy - we weren't! - (we found out today, had gone bust back in February!!) In between June and August we had been in contact with LAMB several times to see why we were still with Utility Point. Spoke to at least 3 different operators and got a different answer from each of them. The upshot is Utility Point has also gone bump in the last week and have to change suppliers anyway! It appears that LAMB have got too big in a short space of time and cannot cope.

The experience with LAMB has been seamless, a great service that saves money and leaves me confident to leave it all to them.
Not many places where you can get this level of service
and peace of mind, I would recommend them and have!

Look After My Bills have always been brilliant with me. An utterly seamless service.
However they have totally outdone themselves in a super awkward situation. Sadly my provider has ceased to trade, which could have been a pretty stressful experience as I had no idea what that meant for me. Look After My Bills were straight on it before I even had time to panic. As soon as I saw the email from my provider I phoned L.A.M.B. and they already had everything sorted with really helpful and comforting advice.
Not only do they save you money and time they also save you a fair few grey hairs!

Recently my supplier went out of business. I was reassured that that LAMB was there to find the right deal rather than being forced to accept the Offcom choice.

I am busy day-to-day like most people and for years had promised myself to take the time to look for the cheapest electricity, gas etc. I never had or took the time but Look After My Bills does it all woth no input from me. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
