Good idea but … I signed a while back…
Good idea but … I signed a while back to find the best deals on the market. 3 of the companies they’ve suggested have gone bust since and every time I go back to EDF who we were with before. Absolute joke 🤣 (ps I am aware of the recent energy issues but that wasn’t the case for the last 2)

Look after my bills has been taking care of me for over a year now and it's been excellent. I rest easy knowing that I'm paying the lowest tariff possible on my gas and electric because they check prices regularly for me. Great job, guys!
Very Poor Service
Very poor.
No way to contact them when you really need to and they've put me back onto EDF when I moved to them to get away from EDF robbing me with their crooked methods.
This can happen given the original supplier went bust but I can't get hold of anyone at Look After My Bills, so I have to do it myself... and the whole point of using them was to avoid this pain!
I've tried to call and I've sent multiple emails which have been ignored.

EDIT: In the reply they requested I call them, yet they've turned their phone off, so that's just for show!
A very poor service got even worse!
They have sent me an email, which I've replied to twice, and had nothing back.
I recommend you avoid this company like the plague!

Maybe look a corporate stability as well as price?
Been with Green for about a year and a half. Would have to call or message them every couple of months to get MY credit back. Not once did they review my usage. Charged me double every single month. When LAMB was due to change me to a new supplier. They kept me with Green.
Now someone is holding a few hundred quid of mine that I had asked for back last week.

However this soon turned to despair when the energy company ceased trading in the current energy crisis. I wish I had stayed with my former supplier. Who knows what the outcome will be!
I don’t believe Look after my Bills to be responsible for this situation which has been a consequence of the present market situation.
Would give Zero stars
Swapped me to an unreliable company that not only suffered an ICO reportable data breach in December, but has now gone into administration. I am now having to start the ball rolling on the massive endurance test to get my money back. I emailed Look after my bills yesterday, they said take it up with British Gas. I'm not even with British Gas!
Absolutely hopeless.
In response... have you even read my review? I said I'm not with British Gas.

4 star during this worrying time …
Have rated 4star as now will be the acid test with the current climate and companies going bust. Whilst nervous look after my bills have been in touch and reassuring.
Previous 2/3 years have had no problems and saved money, although getting money back from companies when switched has been problematic that is not look after my bills issue that is the business ethos of the companies- ( May have contributed to them going bust from a financial management perspective alongside the gas prices)
A Dragons Den failure
Recommended Utility Point who have now gone bust. NO correspondence from Look After My Bills to warn me. So much for Dragons Den who have probably made a killing !

LAMB switched me to People's Energy .. Nightmare
LAMB switched me to People's Energy and a really bad deal. I cancelled within 1 month and had to pay £60 to get out.
I switched to Octopus Energy and got a much better deal.
I cancelled my account with LAMB since I could not trust them. Trust is very important if you are putting your trust into someone to get you the best deal possible. I found out that they are switching you to any company that gives them the best commission.
When we are talking about trust then we need to consider how well they treat your personal data. I had confirmation that my account was deleted but then I got an email from LAMB telling me that I have been switched to British Gas.

Recently we got in touch to let you know that your supplier, The People's Energy Company, had ceased trading.
Good news - Ofgem have now announced that British Gas will be taking over your supply!
So, not only did they not respect my request to leave, including paying a £60 penalty for leaving within one month, they did not delete my data as per GDPR compliance, they also instantiated a switch to British Gas.
Now I am going to have to deal with an enforced switch of suppliers, most likely involving hours of phone calls. Then I will have to engage with LAMB to find out why they have breached their GDPR requirements.
Total hassle and just sums up dealing with LAMB. They cannot be trusted to look after my bills and if you want an honest energy company then sign up with Octopus
LAMB will sign you up to whoever gives THEM the best commission. They did not look after my data, refused to respond to my complaints and ignored the GDPR when I asked to leave.

I gave some feedback on this bunch of charlatans c12 months ago.
They asked to speak to speak to me directly,I provided my details,never heard a thing.
Provide free cheap deals for “free”,reality take commission without any regard for customers.
B***hit coming home to roost,companies selling cheap,unsustainably energy,look after myself get their commission?
Despite umpteen requests to leave me alone,the parasites continue to mail me.

We will only switch you to energy companies that we trust and will treat you right. You don't need to lift a finger, we do all the work with the switchover".
Now they are not interested that both suppliers took money out of my account for months, owing me hundreds! Rubbish customer service. DO NOT TRUST

Look after my bills was a good idea but…
Look after my bills was a good idea but now, for the second time in 2 years, their list of Energy companies or partners has to be questioned, after 'Green' Energy announced they would cease trading today. This, combined with a painful experience last year with Utility Point owing me £500 and it taking almost 6 months after the transfer to pay me back, will be the last time I use Look After my Bills.
When the going gets tough
Really disappointed with this company. I have been with them about 12 months and now my energy supplier has gone out of business this company has decided to switch off the phonelines so I can’t get in touch with anyone. When the going gets tough they ignore everybody

We have switched twice with no problems.
We have switched twice with LAMB, saving £870 the first year. Here's hoping Green Energy manage to keep their head above water in this troubling time.
A poor experience
Currently with People's Energy who have just ceased trading and back with BG will be taking over with higher charges. Earlier this year was with Simplicity who also folded and then BG took over. If I stay with LAMB I will have to go through this business annually and end up with higher charges overall. There will absolutely be no savings. Once I can accept as accidental but twice smacks of carelessness.When BG have taken over, I shall call it a day with LAMB and try ILAMB ( I look after my bills) instead. Ludicrous situation.

Not very good
Not very good. I was with British Gas for 16 years until I changed to Peoples Energy on the recommendation of LAMB.Less than three months later Peoples Energy are bust,and Ofgem has returned me to BG. Clearly no due diligence from LAMB,just collected their commission and leave muppets like me to collect the flak.
