Excellent company
We went over to look after my bills about 2 1/2 years ago and we have saved a lot of money by doing this as they find you the cheapest energy supplier for you so you don't have to worry about a thing they do everything for you.
Would definitely recommend this company

I can't fault these guys, honestly. They take ownership and they do what they say they’re going to do: this is truly a rare thing these days. Just imagine getting exactly what you want. A great service and a glowing review for a glowing company. I actively recommend. Really good work guys, thank you.
Be very careful with these guys!!
Be very careful with these guys they only want to switch you to whoever they get the most commission off. I am now going through citizens advice regarding these cowboys as I cancelled my switch that they tried to put me on but didn't cancel it with the energy supplier themselves even though I have emails to prove they said they have.
I have now been charged higher rates and now stuck on another fix for a year with high prices even though they should have cancelled the switch.
They will not be getting away with this one as I will be taking this all the way!!

All good.
Going into my 3rd year and fingers crossed this year will be as good as the last two. A smart meter that could be used for any company would be good. But have saved money and am happy.
I've been with look after my bills for…
I've been with look after my bills for 2 years now and every 3 to 4 months they switch me as supplier they have gone with go bust! I then end up owing debit to the previous supplier that can be in region of a few hundred pounds. You can never get hold of them and they take 10 days to respond to emails and even then they don't answer your queries! I'm so worse off and still paying debt to previous suppliers. Worst was British gas whi said I owed £380 when temporarily transferred to them! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I have previously commented on the poor business model and abysmal customer service of this company.
I joined last year and at inception they switched me to simplicity which went bust leaving me out of pocket and also receiving demands from debt collecting agencies. I was temporarily switched to British Gas evolve who then hit me with huge bills for due to mis managed and incorrect readings. I was then moved to People’s Energy who guess what - they went bust - and another significant financial loss to myself. I estimate that I am £500 worse off due to moving to LAMB and I am still getting demands from multiple energy suppliers and debt companies.
I have logged official complaints with LAMB whose customer service is appalling. They basically denied all responsibility and no longer answer emails. My only current request to them is to charity if they have cancelled my account - 2 months of asking - they do not reply.
STAY WELL AWAY FROM LAMB UNLESS YOU LIKE TO THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY AND BE TREAT TERRIBLY.

Do not recommend.
Joined LAMB in April they recommended Peoples Energy, that company has now gone bust, so have now got to change supplier again. Think I'll now return to Eon and stick with who I know. Think LAMB only recommend company's where they get the biggest commission payment.

To start with this service was great...
To start with this service was great, and in principle it is a good idea.
The problem is that this is very much a "computer says no" set up which results in a significant glitch in their offering...
We finished a fixed term and went onto the standard tariff. Because the system couldn't find a cheaper deal, we were left on this. The reason the system couldn't find a better deal is that energy costs have gone up since we last got a fixed deal. This standard deal was a variable rather than fixed tariff, which would have meant as energy costs continue to go up, we would have been stuck on the roller-coaster with no way of reducing our bills. I have since cancelled the service, gone on a slightly more expensive fixed term, but as energy prices have gone up again, I am now on a cheaper deal than if I have stayed on the old variable rate.
Rather like communism, this is a great idea in principle, but isn't able to work in the real world.

This is where it is clear your software fails.
As we finished our fixed term contract and went onto a variable one, this left us at risk of future price rises (that were well documented in the media to occur and have since happened).
By me changing us to a fixed term contract that was, in the short term, more expensive, I am now saving money as the variable rates have since gone up. This would have left us in a cycle of increased costs as energy prices increase whilst remaining on a variable contract.
Until you are able to fix this issue, your service is not fit for purpose and is going to leave the majority of your customers worse off. For anyone reading this comment, either leave LAMB, or don't join this service.

Poor email response from customer services servi
Sent emails on website form with specific questions. The answers were not available in Faq's. All I get in return is a standard email that doesn't address my question and I have received before. One email early in the process was answered quickly. Since then very poor service and does not live up to all the hype around them as far as customer services go in my view.

Bit of a let down!
Once again the provider I’ve been assigned to has gone bankrupt! Last time this happened, British Gas took over for a short while and I was sent a bill for > £300 without explanation, for just one month, wiping out the savings I’d supposedly made. Lookaftermybills weren’t able to explain the issue when I called them for clarification. I’d rather stick with a reputable name and pay a few quid more than constantly chopping and changing and not know what’s going on between firms.

Poor company using .com energy brands that just go bust
Seems a good service on the face of it but nothing but hassle. 2 of the 3 energy providers they switched me too have gone bust. They are just cheap .com providers who quickly establish the wholesale prices are too high to afford the portion of fixed rates they sold at a loss to get the business from lookaftermybills in the first place. Get switched to stupidly expensive British Gas tariffs by Ofgem while they unravel the mess and you have no choice but to pay their rate until lookaftermybills switch you to another two bit internet company who are fine for a few months and then go bust again. Might have saved me £50 but taken years off my life trying to sort the mess out.

Easiest way to switch, no hassle at all.We saved £380 a year! I’m always recommending to friends & family.
I am very disappointed with them
I am very disappointed with them; 4 energy suppliers in 1 year and 2 months & a much higher monthly/annual cost than predicted even though its been warm so very little use of heating.
They do not address the issues raised and send standard emails and leaflets but no personal touch. Why should they sit there getting rich when I’m not getting to a full year’s contract with any provider?
Doesnt add up for the customer therefore questions need to be asked.
Buyer avoid.

Ok up to now, staying with my present supplier as it’s the best deal.
Save your money and give them a call
Been told my present supplier is still the best value
And so far I still have no regrets let’s all hope they don’t go bust for being cheap in the present energy climate

Terrible Company! Failed on Everything.
Avoid at all costs! Absolutely terrible and couldn't care less about customers. I signed up with look after my bills at the end of 2020 on a deal that promised to save me money and I'd even get a free robot hoover for using them. Needless to say they managed to fail on all counts, my bills have almost doubled and I'm now tied into a fixed term. 8 months after signing up I chased my hoover to be told they were delayed but I would get a £50 Amazon voucher instead as compensation. After repeatedly chasing this and getting fobbed off in a very obvious manner by the dreadful customer service staff I've still not received the voucher. This is now being escalated as they shouldn't be allowed to scam people this way.

Poor service.
I wouldn't even give this star. Made a complete mess of changing my energy supplier. I emailed them on several occasions to say that I was being moved to the Standard Variable Tariff, but they did nothing. Emailed back saying they were reviewing my account. In the mean time my supplier is now no longer trading. Ofgem are advising not to change, but I am them.
