Left in the lurch. Come on guys. You've shut up shop while we need you. I've been with you for over a year but now you won't help because the market is 'unpredictable'. If that is the case then what is the point of your company?!?

At this moment, due to the rising cost of energy, many energy suppliers have been forced to remove their tariffs, which means it's difficult to find reasonably-priced deals. This means we have had to temporarily pause our switching service as our service works on the basis that we will not switch you unless you are making a saving.

Dodgy company who recommended I switch…

Dodgy company who recommended I switch to a company that has now gone bust and I am now in limbo paying into a bust company and waiting for a bill for a random company that I have not agreed to go with.

I should of stayed with British Gas who basically matched the new offer and was supplying me with smart meters, who the recommended company claimed they would and now I don’t have any means to read my meter.

Look after my bills have offered no support and just have a series of automated emails.

I should stayed with my existing company. Don’t use and hopefully they will face the same fate as the dodgy providers they recommend.

Following recent event's, OFGEM would have placed you with an alternative energy provider to prevent you from losing your supply however, once the switch has been completed you are able to switch yourself away from that provider if you feel they do not meet your needs.

We're sorry you have felt unsupported by Look After My Bills, we did attempt to contact any customers affected by this but apologise if this never reached you. Unfortunately, we have had to temporarily pause our energy switching service, but we'll be back as soon as we can access energy deals that are right for you and give you the great service you deserve.

If you wanted to switch back to your previous supplier we would suggest contacting British Gas directly to see what tariffs they are able to offer you.

Joined back in April 2021 and they then…

Joined back in April 2021 and they then switched me to green energy without my knowledge in July.This switch would have cost me an extra £ 300 energy cost at that time. So E mailed them that I wished my account closed and all my personal details including bank account removed from their data base. Asked for a reply that this had been done in accordance with my insructions. However nothing ever heard from them so have no asked the information commissioner to intervene.

Our service works on the basis that we will not switch you unless you are making a saving, so when we switched you to Green Energy in July, this was based on the information we had at the time. We would have emailed you beforehand to confirm this switch and allow you time to decline this but it seems this may not have been seen by you.

I can confirm that you are able to cancel our service by sending an email to dpo@lookaftermybills.com. We would require your; Name, DOB and full address including postcode to action this request, this is simply to locate the correct account and knowledge that this is a genuine request.

At this time, due to the rising cost of energy, we have temporarily paused our energy switching service but we will be back as soon as we can access energy deals. I hope that we can offer you the great service you deserve in the future.

Look After Your Own Pockets

This company was ok in the beginning but as energy suppliers started to go bust I was left out of pocket and stressed out to sort out the mess because I'd switched on this companies advice wouldn't use them again to make sure they don't provide their services again i have taken my personal details off under GDPR legislation so they do not try to switch me over to another supplier biggest mistake in recent times for being gullible hopefully lesson learnt if anyone is reading this review if you want stress and spend hour's on the phone to sort out someone else's mess and also email then don't use this company you'll regret it when things go bad to worse!

Repeated misuse of personal info.

Found a cheaper deal myself but the thing that’s annoyed me most? The fact that they keep emailing me telling me they’re still ‘looking after my bills’.

Four times now I’ve emailed asking them asking politely that they delete my information. They’ve not done so.
The fourth email was less ‘ask’ more ‘tell’.
There will not be a 5th. My next communication will be with the Information Commissioner informing them of the repeated misuse of my personal details.

Not happy!

Complete Cowboys

The whole Energy industry is corrupt !
Look after my bills are total cowboys if they couldn't find a deal why not email and say so ,they just kept me hanging on waiting while British Gas creamed of all of my money (No doubt lamb are getting a cut) .Customer service Ha ha LAMB are a joke These people should be locked up Offgem included ,actually they are the biggest culprits . Even Dick Turpin had the
decency to wear a mask !!
Do not use this company ,oh you can't at the moment , but when they resurface steer well clear !!!

Well was really happy with them until energy companies starting going bust
Was apparently out with British Gas and told not to accept any deals as they wouldn’t be able to switch me
IM STILL WAITING TO BE SWITCHED !!!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. You can never get a straight answer. For two months didn’t have a clue who I was dealing with on my energy. They emails they send back are like riddles. Avoid! Dealt with octopus energy since who are east to contact and actually know what they are talking about

I never had any troubles with them…

I never had any troubles with them until now.

Switched me to British Gas after People's Energy went bust.

British Gas is useless. I can't get in touch with anyone to discuss the account, and there are some poxy 'FAQs' on their site for people that have been switched.

Plus, People's Energy is still taking money from me every month.

I won't be using them again I'll switch myself.

Please note the switch to British Gas was chosen and completed by Ofgem the energy regulator. We at Look After My Bills did not choose where you would be switched to when your supplier announced they would be ceasing trading but we endeavor to support you with information during this process.

Even though they will be ceasing trading, Peoples Energy is currently still your supplier until your switch to British Gas has been completed. Peoples Energy will continue to charge you for the energy you are using but any credit on your account will be transferred over to your British Gas account.

Lookaftermybills switched my energy…

Lookaftermybills switched my energy from peoples energy to Green in May 2021 My account is still £135.47 in credit with peoples energy. Now just got a email from british gas saying they want a final reading..... I'm with Green and Shell have took their accounts over hopefully I wont lose the £404 credit I have with Green. Why do british gas think I'm with Peoples energy still? I holding my breath to see if both my credits with both companies will be paid into my bank acccount!

As your supply had been previously switched to Green, you should now be being switched to Shell by Ofgem. As you have had contact from British Gas, I would recommend contacting them to ensure it won't cause an issue.

Look After my Bills - They do

My energy company that Look After My Bills put me on 'Green' went bust, I had built up a credit with them too. That day L.A.M.B. emailed me with concise info on the steps I needed to take and how they will look after my energy needs.
No stress so far, they have now switched me to 'Shell Energy' and I am awaiting account and logon info for the new company.
No panic, no fuss and I am still a very happy customer. Couldnt ask for more. Thank you

As the energy firms go bust it seems look after my Bill's arr going the same way cant be bothered with searching for existing customers now to find best deals
They just dump you with a curt email .Dragons den u watching.Tuesday 19th this doesn't answer my questions it is a fob off.

Great in theory but………

…… the final bills from each energy company that we were switched from were so big that they offset any savings that we could have made.

This was probably a great concept in the beginning but in our experience it doesn’t save you any money.

If there was a high outstanding balance it may have been your usage provided may have been too low, resulting in you using more energy than your supplier was expecting. We recommend providing regular meter readings to any supplier and keeping an eye on your monthly bills to ensure your payments are covering your usage.

Utterly useless service - still Get their SPAM!

Utterly useless service - ignored my requests and botched a potential switch. Subsequently I asked them to delete my email from their records but they still spam me now even months and years later. I have reported them for breach of GDPR (they have shared my details with third parties without my permission) – but I guess this bunch of charlatans will probably ignore that as well. (See their comments - as predicted they have ignored my request!) Avoid these at all costs - they are not fit to do business!

Shop around elsewhere before using this company

Have used company over the years and been great. Believe they have sold out but I deceived to stay with them. Got transferred to utility point for energy supply paying £90 a month direct debit.
Within five months my direct debit was increased to £185 per month even though I was in credit. Company now in liquidation and obviously why they doubled my payment
Wouldn’t touch look after my bills now after they sold out. They now obviously just chasing the money to advising to energy companies who give them the most money

Terrible and somehow need to get out of…

Terrible and somehow need to get out of this nightmare. They keep switching, company goes bust and not their fault but you try speaking to a human. Second time in the last year so I'm now paying nearly double than when I was doing it myself.

Started using them in Feb 2021

Started using them in Feb 2021, they moved me to Peoples Energy fixed till Feb 2022. My monthly payment was about the same bearing in mind we where going into summer so fuel bills would be lower. Then People’s Energy went bust and now I am with British Gas and will be paying £350 more than I would have been.

I would have thought that a company that specialises in supply would have seen the writing on the wall and moved people earlier.
