Utterly failed by LAMB and severely out of pocket. Shameful
I have been switched to Shell after Green have gone under. Despite being assured by LAMB that they will be managing the process, my Shell DD has NOT been set up and I've just had another DD payment to Green leave my bank account. This payment has NOT transferred to my Shell balance. No comms from LAMB at all. Shameful!

Nasty and dishonest company
I decided to use after my bill after Jenny Campbell made a deal with them and K thought the idea was clever.
However they switched me to Green energy which went busted in early summer and now I am with Shell energy , which has nothing green and charged me 216£ for 1 month!!
I also ended up paying green 71£ , as look after my bills told me not to cancel the direct debit . So in total , for 1 month I paid 287£ . I live in a 1 bedroom flat. This is only their fault and I am paying for this incompetence . I am so angry and disgusted
Reply to your comment: no one from LAMB contacted me , so that’s a lie . The only person who contacted me was someone from Shell demanding the money!!

Hi I have been advised that my energy company has gone bust and guess what I have a new company who I had the worse experience they did not only over charge me they failed to repay back the money I had the financial ombudsman involved and that was the only time they settled my account. I’m really annoyed they are my suppliers and I want nothing to do with them please advise

Having read Poor customer servicethe reviews and LAMB…
Having read the reviews and LAMB responses it is obvious that LAMB have no understanding of communication. No response addressed the problem but reiterated their unconcern. They have obviously been mentored by politicians.
Having previously had monthly communications from them, they have now gone into hibernation. I can only presume no supplier is offering them commission.

I'm glad to read in responses to reviews below that you've suspended your energy switching service, because all that you've provided over the last year or so is switching endlessly between energy companies, whereby I've had to provide numerous meter readings, apparently been switched to lower tarfiffs. but quite honestly I've still ended up in debit and had to pay extra at the end of the year.
Now you've switched me from Green to Shell Energy and despite the apparent switch which I was informed by you would be "seamless", I'm now left having to set up my own direct debit and providing yet again new meter reading to Shell.. whose website has been down for the last 24 hours...
No idea whether I am in credit or debit with Green, and now they have gone bust..
Laughable to receive a generic email tonight after my cancellation request, saying you've even suspended your customer support services alongside your (constant) switching service.
Hoping to provide the great service I desire? Nowhere near.. Sham company.

Dreadful
Dreadful. They messed up my energy switch leaving me paying two suppliers and then didn't have the ability to resolve it for me. I then had to do months of back and forth contacting the 2 suppliers myself to resolve the issue, all the while hundreds of pounds out of pocket. Honestly one of the worst customer experiences I've had. Avoid at all costs.

Shocking Customer Service
As have a lot of customers recently, I have been left high and dry by LAMB. Together Energy a supplier I was with in 2020 are now threatening me with court action due to an outstanding balance of £160.00 in December 2020. This is when I was automatically switched over by LAMB from Together Energy to Peoples Energy when my contract was up.
I have disputed this with Together Energy and contacted LAMB for their advice and guidance as it is their job to “Look After Your Bills”. Whether it’s an error on TE’s part or LAMBs part I don’t know but any help or advice would have been appreciated, instead I am getting automated messages that are of no relevance to my queries. Shame on you when customers need you most you’re nowhere to be seen or heard.

I'm not getting answers to my emails you switched me to a company that has now gone out of bussiness I got an email of you when this happened telling me I was been switched to British gas close on 2 months ago you said my credit balance was completely safe but last 2cweeks I've sent a couple of emails trying to get an update with no reply

Signed up months ago LAMB said no point moving while on variable tariff to a fixed as prices wouldn't be any better - energy crisis happens and I'm left on variable with spiraling bills and they turn off their systems, thanks LAMB :)

Pretty poor experience
Pretty poor experience. LAMB switched me over to a new supplier. New supplier went bust (not LAMB's fault), and shortly after got an email from LAMB saying that because of the issues with energy pricing they were pausing all of their support, so now back to being signed up to one of the big six and got no replies to my questions. Wouldn't use this again due to loss of trust that they're there to help

Switched me to a supplier that later went bust. They obviously argue they couldn't know, but when you;re moved to another (in my case British Gas) and the cost doubles overnight, they are silent and uncontactable (tried clicking on "contact us" on the website and it just reloads the page!).
So now I'm being charged an extortionate rate by British gas and left high and dry by LAMB.
Clearly not the only unhappy customer. I get that the energy market is volatile but to leave your customers completely high and dry like this is (a) against the promise LAMB made as its USP and (b) leaves the customer paying far more than they need until they manually switch, which goes against the principle of joining LAMB in the first place!
EDIT: standard reply received from LAMB. Who is going to chase People's Energy to refund my big credit balance? They're uncontactable and no-one is owning this.

Totally Useless and do not respond all front flash and no substance.
Worst deal i was given not even close to my old supplier. I believe they are miss selling people with cheap quotes to get their business then the companies they put you with, in my case green then doubled the monthly direct debit.
which has now resulted in me being £657 in credit with no way to get it back from a company that's gone bust.
I hold Look after my bills personally responsible for this as a company as i informed them over a year ago with zero response. so long before any of this mess with energy companies going bust.
Now all you get is a automated email responder basically telling you we are rubbish at what we do so we are not doing it.
Maybe they need to rebrand Look after ourselves not Look after my Bills as that they have zero idea how to do.

Seemed OK at first, but the company they switched me to went bust within 3 months of the switch. Think I will avoid using them in future and just stick to the larger energy companies for security.

LAMB will not be able to offer…
LAMB will not be able to offer alternative energy solutions with the energy crisis and the price cap set to rise much higher in 2022, eventually there will be only the big main suppliers and a monopoly again so no need for LAMB who is seems are certainly making ordinary people's life's stressful in these uncertain times. I personally dodged a bullet tried to move with LAMB but customer service was poor so set up my own transfer eventually.

Thank you for your reply but unfortunately an apology is not going to pay my huge bill. I would like you to investigate why my monthly bills increased so much over the summer period when no heating or tumble dryer was being used and then in September there was one less person in the house. Please look into this and get back to me. Thank you.

I am writing this poor review because of my experience with them
I am writing this poor review because I have found the LAMB service significantly below expectation.
I understand the current situation. The Market needs to settle down. My feelings go back to day one with my involvement (March 2021). Since I used the service to switch supplier, I have had various issues and have found LAMB totally unresponsive and unhelpful.
I am in a position where the supplier LAMB switched me to have gone bust owing me money. More than I would have saved.!!
People considering this company BEWARE...
