I got the crash bars and headlight guard for my BMW 1300 GS and I'm really satisfied with the design and quality. There's nothing to complain about. Easy installation, the products are solid and sturdy and beautifully complement the whole look of the motorcycle. Finally, Anna provides the best customer service. She promptly addresses any issues that may come up. She's very kind and professional.

Lone Rider makes well thought out and structurally sound gear. If I have any concerns, their customer service team has always gone above and beyond to meet my needs. For those of us that have run into the supply chain delays, hang in there. You do get the products, and they have always met/ exceeded my expectations.

I have bought several products from Lone Rider and without doubt all the gear has been of the highest quality. Anna has been exceptional with any queries or problems. A parcel of mine went missing to which I was refunded 10% of the total price and another shipment sent immediately. You do not get this level of service from most! I want to commend Anna's excellent customer service. She very kindly resolved a problem I had with some motobags. The shipping was incredibly fast and detailed. I bought some motobags for my 2019 BMW R1250GS and they fit perfectly; there's no need to add anything else to the bike. Thank you so much!

I have been following Lone Rider since their inception and I have also followed and reviewed their products on YouTube.
Recently I was blessed to afford a new R1300 GSA and ordered the head light protector and the radiator guards from them. The parts arrived in exceptional good quality packaging and the parts were more impressive. I made a mistake when ordering the headlight protector not specifying the GSA and I received the wrong part.
Anna quickly responded and sorted me out with the correct part!

The motocase is a great product. Great looks and the people have thought pf everything.
I had an issue with the hinge and when i contacted them they replaced it immediately. Great aftersales.

I ordered the Moto lights for my Africa Twin Adventure Sport. During installation, one of the wires pulled out of the plug. I emailed Anna and she told me that they would immediately send me a new one under warranty. Communication and the quick customer service was amazing. It's very rare these days. Anna was amazing and Lone Rider now has a loyal customer!

Very happy with my lone rider 42L top case. Strong and sturdy. Anna was great. I switch bike and she got me a free re key kit for the 1300GS.

Ordered Motolights, a Motocase and lower crashbars on a Thursday (Black Friday offer), i did receive my items on the next Monday. Such a quick process!!! Unfortunately, when I installed the motolights, there was a problem. The customer service assistance per mail was quick too and on Wednesday, after having identified the problem (by excluding connections, Motocan and wires), they sent me a replacement motolight which arrived 2 days later. And the problem was solved. So, what to say? Qualitative products and premium customer service. Highly appreciated! So thanks to the Lonerider team for this very smooth transaction.

Una grande azienda, che propone accessori per moto dalla qualità sorprendente....prodotti rifiniti nei minimi dettagli da materiali durevoli e di alta qualità, io nei miei viaggi utilizzo le valigie morbide da 70 lt , le borsette da 6 lt e una da 4,5 lt,sono veramente spettacolari, capienti comodi nell'utilizzo, aperture a sgancio rapido e allo stesso tempo ultra sicuro, tutto rigorosamente impermeabili e dopo 3 giorni di fango e pioggia sono anche facili da pulire, che dire poi dei responsabili alle vendite, persone preparatissime e super disponibili

Ho avuto la fortuna di conoscere questo brand ed ho avuto subito la sensazione di grande qualità del prodotto ed ho potuto toccare con mano ciò che avevo visto. Ma la sorpresa più gradita è stata la disponibilità post vendita, non sempre presente in altre realtà, nelle occasioni in cui ho avuto bisogno di essere ascoltato ho avuto immediatamente dei riscontri positivi anche nei periodi di grande lavoro in occasione del black friday ricevendo risposte puntuali ed esaustive.
