I recently had an issue with locking my top box to the mounting plate and after a email to the customer support I was contacted by Anna who was a massive help with quick response and pointed me how to sort the issue and provided a helpful video!! Fantastic service with fantastic products!! Got a customer for life!!

I contacted the company via e-mail to have them send me two locks because mine were broken and they responded very quickly and even gave me the locks as a gift without asking me for anything. Very good service

I would like to let you and the LR team know just how absolutely thrilled I am with the moto-panniers and top case I recently received. I am so thoroughly impressed with everything about them! Even the packaging has been carefully thought through (I've compared it to the same thrill of unboxing an Apple product; just amazing). Every detail of the panniers has been thought through and evidently from the customer's perspective, first! A rarity these days! From unboxing, to installation instructions and included tools, to online instructional videos, to quality fit and finish, and superb, over the top customer service. The entire experience has exceeded all of my expectations!

I'm on my 3rd GS and over the years used panniers from two other major brand names (I just completed an 1800 mile trip on my new-to-me 1250GS with one of those brands and couldn't wait to get rid of them and order the LR kit); neither of those brands are even close in quality/fit/finish comparison to the Lone Rider product.

Hi. I bought two sets of lights with controllers; the price wasn't low, but after delivery, I understood why they cost that much. The quality is excellent—truly premium. I don't regret the money spent; I’d buy them again. I rate the communication with the seller very highly—I received quick replies to my messages, and I was dealing with a real person, not AI. After the purchase, I needed to buy two extra parts because I’d lost them before installation; LONERIDER sold and shipped the missing items to me. A big plus for the help—that’s very important to me, knowing the relationship doesn't end the moment you pay for the product.

Since deciding on Lone Rider's line luggage for moto-camping I've purchased soft and hard panniers as well as the overlander bags. Additionally, the smaller Lone Rider tent, which during the first outing was subjected to high winds and rain...the tent performed flawlessly.

Each of the packages arrived quickly and was packaged with exceptional protection.

The fit and finish have been exceptional as well. Communication with staff (Anna) has been prompt and all my questions were answered and addressed completely.

The equipment looks great, works great and without reservation I recommend that if your looking for equipment to use moto-camping or just motorcycling the gear and folks at Lone Rider will take care of you.

Been using LR's 48L Overlander drybag for a while - great bag! Had an issue with with the deflate valve. Contacted Anna at LR and they quickly and completely took care of the issue under warranty (5 years!). Can't be more pleased with the quality and support from Anna/Lone Rider. Best decision I've made going with LR for my gear (and lights). Thank you Anna/Lone Rider!

Après plusieurs Road trip et parcours Offroad en 1250 GSA 25000 kms en 1 an et demi je suis entièrement satisfait des produits Lone rider (tente valises sacs feux et autres) qualité robustesse et un service après vente au top réactif et à l’écoute.
Je ne regrette vraiment pas mes achats le prix est largement justifié par la qualité des produits.

I bought a set of spotlights for my BMW GSA. Brilliant lights … but from the start the EZcan was intermittently recognising one spotlight. The problem was the spotlight. Anna from LoneRider arranged to have a new spot sent to me free of charge. Yes ….. free of charge… and now all is perfect. If Carlsberg did customer service then this is it 👍👍👍👍👍

Awesome customer service. Had a small issue with a bag after 3 years. Since the warranty has been extended they just sent me a new one after a couple of e-mails with pictures. Totally recommend the products and their customer service.

Loan rider were absolutely brilliant, had a small issue which was dealt with in record time, Anna was amazing and I can’t say enough good things about her and the company!! Recommend all day long!!

the excellent service in handling this warranty claim. I was and am a very satisfied user of your quality bags. However, this swift action of immediately sending a new bag exceeds all expectations. Since I drive around 1000km every week and therefore stay in hotels a lot, such a bag 30Ltr is indispensable to me.

I’ve been a customer for several years now and own a great many Lonerider products. I’m already a huge fan of the products themselves – in my view, the quality, design and versatility are absolutely top-notch. But the service deserves a special mention. They stock every conceivable wear part and spare part, and even after years of use, some are still available free of charge!
