I’ve been using Lone Rider gear extensively on my BMW R1300GS, both on-road and off-road, and the experience has been outstanding.

What stands out is that the products genuinely feel designed by people who understand adventure riding. The quality, attention to detail, durability and functionality are excellent. From the luggage systems and MotoCase to the auxiliary lights, protection and camping gear, everything feels thoughtfully engineered for real-world use, not just designed to look good in photos.

Customer service has also been excellent. The team is responsive, passionate about what they do, and clearly cares about the riders using their products.

After putting a lot of their equipment through actual rides, travel and off-road use, Lone Rider has become one of the brands I trust most on my bike. Highly recommended for anyone serious about ADV riding.

I had purchased the MTL9 lights for my R1300GS, installed and out the door for a first night ride. They were great until they were not.
I contacted support and Anna responded the next morning Euro time, gave me a simple tip to correct the issue and off I went on my next night ride.
Great customer service response and also, the nights are bad ass!

Great gear that actually makes adventure riding easier
I’ve been using several Lone Rider products on my Africa Twin, and overall I’m really impressed with how well they work together.
The Tool Roll is very well organized and keeps all my essential tools together and easy to access. One thing I’d love to see in the future is a dedicated mounting solution that would allow it to be attached directly to the pannier rack. This would be especially useful for off-road riding, when I remove the panniers to keep the bike lighter but still want my tools with me.
The TallBag 3L is another very practical addition. It gives me extra storage without taking up valuable space inside the main luggage, and 3L is a really useful amount for smaller items I want to keep separate and accessible.
The Bottle Holder V2 has also surprised me with how versatile it is. Of course, it’s great for carrying water bottles, but during summer rides I’ve also used it to carry wet swimming shorts after leaving the beach or a river. The airflow while riding helps them dry, which turned out to be a surprisingly useful extra feature.
The Tail Pack is probably one of the accessories I use the most. I mainly use it for my camera and photography equipment. Being able to reach behind me and grab the camera without opening a pannier makes a huge difference, especially when I stop spontaneously to take a photo.
Overall, I really like how the Lone Rider products work together. They help keep the main luggage organized while making the things I use most easily accessible.

Following a historical problem with an order - Anna from Lone Rider reached out to me with an offer to rectify my complaint of poor customer service. I have to say she and the company have gone above and beyong what could be reasonably expected of them. She offered a full expalnation behind the initial problem and then offered goods by way of an apology. I have to say I would definately use this company again , confidant in the knowledge of excellent customer service.

From first contact to delivery Anna and the lone rider team were amazing, they went above and beyond to answer my questions about fitment of the 57L motocase to my 2019 africa twin 1100, I sent a photo and some hole measurements of my bike to anna and she promptly confirmed compatibility, my order went in and a few days later I received a wonderfully packaged product, the base plate the fittings and the actual top box are all top class very well made and are extremely robust and they look amazing too, all in all lone rider have amazing products, a fantastic and genuinely caring team, i would 100% recommend checking them out.

I recently installed the MTL9 lights on my 2023 BMW 1250GS and am very impressed with the quality and performance. The software configuration updated seamlessly from my Mac PowerBook. Plenty of instructional videos available explaining the installation process. I did experience an integration issue with the Lone Rider MotoCAN and the Denali T-3 switchback rear brake light smart pods (as it turns out, they are not compatible), but tech support quickly worked with me to find a solution. The new illumination is transformative. Once invisible, the bike is now lit up like a shooting star. I sincerely hope the flashing strobe feature doesn’t have the unintended consequence of triggering a seizure for a susceptible passing motorist. Thank you, LR, for creating a great product.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Lone Rider. Looking back on my first order, I can say that everything worked out 100%. The service was very friendly, and the delivery arrived quickly and on time.
A few days ago, due to a minor defect in a bag, I contacted Lone Rider to ask if they could repair it. Since that wasn’t possible, I immediately received a replacement free of charge. There are few companies that are so customer-focused. I’ll be a customer for a long time to come! Thank you very much!

I have purchased several products for my BMW 1300 GSA: aluminum panniers, a top case, organizer bags, fog lights, etc., from LoneRider, and I can confirm the high quality of their motorcycle gear and recommend it to all motorcycle owners. I would especially like to commend their Customer service, which is always very helpful and resolves customer issues quickly and satisfactorily.

Having had to lodge a warranty claim against a product I purchased 3 or 4 years ago I was a little apprehensive, expecting the claim to fall "outside" of warranty. I needn't have worried. Lone Rider not only honoured the warranty by offering to immediately replace the item, but when I asked if I could upgrade the item when being replaced, offering to pay the difference, they agreed to my request and then covered the difference in cost and shipment themselves! Anna at Lone Rider has been nothing short of AMAZING!
