I love their gear. I recently received an item that had slipped through the quality control cracks. (It happens to the best of them.) What I appreciated was their quick and proper response. No defensiveness, just a quick and professional “let’s make this right” with prompt action and resolution. Not all companies are this way and it’s refreshing to experience someone take care of an issue the way they did.

I was needing a replacement part! And they give it to me free of charge, as part of the warranty program, they are the best, i will buy again from this company!

Due to changing customs laws in Türkiye, some of my orders were held up at customs and delivery was not possible. Moto Panniers Lone Rider : strepitose oltre che bellissime!

Dopo sei mesi ci aspettavamo:
* giochi nelle chiusure,
* segni evidenti,
* usura da pioggia e sale,
* vibrazioni o rumorini…
e invece sono ancora sorprendentemente solide e intatte!

All’inizio pensavamo che la cosa migliore fosse l’estetica.
In realtà, col tempo, le cose che abbiamo apprezzato di più sono:
* la praticità delle borse interne, semplicemente comodissime!
* la rapidità di apertura,
* e il fatto che anche da piene rimangano molto stabili.

Le abbiamo usate sotto la pioggia e l’interno è sempre rimasto asciutto.

Viaggiando in due abbiamo apprezzato davvero tanto lo spazio in più per il passeggero con i telaietti Lone Rider.

Assolutamente consigliate!!!!

Produits de très bonne qualité, les explications pour le placement est très précis.
J’ai eu un petit soucis et le service après vente a été très réactif (réponse en quelques heures seulement) et un nouveau produit a été envoyé sous garantie.

Le prix est légèrement plus élevé que certains concurrents mais le service est beaucoup mieux et cela vaut clairement la différence de prix!

Je recommande vivement la marque LoneRider si vous cherchez des produits de haute qualité avec un service client au top!!!

J’ai commandé des protections pour ma GS1300 et je suis vraiment très satisfaite. La livraison s’est très bien passée et le produit est parfaitement conforme à mes attentes.

Je tiens surtout à souligner la qualité du service client : à chaque question, j’ai reçu une réponse rapide, toujours en moins de 24 heures. Des échanges professionnels, efficaces et agréables, ce qui mérite d’être souligné.

I initially had an issue ordering ADV45 saddle bags through Amazon. I contacted Anna at LoneRider who was extremely helpful resolving my issue. I ended ordering my saddle bags directly from LoneRider. I received them quickly. The quality, durability and functions designed into the saddle bags are very high.

I've always appreciated great quality motorbike gear and when it comes to lone rider there's no exception. Had an issue with my moto tent and has been replaced under warranty. Would like to thank Anna for all her help. Thank you again

I would like to share my latest experience with the company Lone Rider, especially regarding their customer support.

In 2023, I purchased the Rackless Moto Bags for my BMW R1250 GS. I am extremely satisfied with these bags — so far they have traveled approximately 30,000 kilometers with me in various conditions. From cold temperatures around 2 to 3 degrees Celsius, rain and thunderstorms, to extreme heat reaching up to 42 degrees Celsius. Mostly on asphalt roads, but also across quite a few off-road trails.

The bags themselves still look practically brand new today, although the rear plates on both bags have bent slightly over time.

Now to the main point I want to make.

I contacted Anna from Lone Rider customer support via email and asked whether the slight bending of the rear plates was something I should be concerned about. In practically ten minutes, I received a reply from her saying that she would check the issue with their engineer. A few days later, I received another response explaining that the slight bending of the rear plates is not a problem at all and that the bags should continue to serve me well for many years.

However, they also told me that they would still send me replacement rear plates with mounts under warranty, simply because they did not want me to worry.

Honestly, I have never experienced such outstanding customer care from any company before. I was not trying to make any kind of warranty claim — I only wanted information about whether everything was still OK with the bags — and yet they sent me new rear plates worth a total of €600 just so I would have peace of mind.

Buying on their Website is easy. Prices were in CHF and included all costs no foreign VAT, Swiss VAT included). Sales manager Anna is a very friendly and competent person. Had asked a question after five and got answer the same evening. The LR Crew Members have all deep specific knowledge in their profiles (invention, development, construction, sell, advice and service process). Specially their common passion and long experience with riding motorbikes was another important reason to decide for this Company.
