Premier Laser & Skin Clinic London Anmeldelser

I have had great experiences with Premier Laser. About 4 years ago I had two areas done with laser hair removal, and then last year I went back for two more areas which I just completed. The previous areas completed in 2019 only needed top-ups for the first time in 2023, so definitely a great investment. Tania has been a great practitioner and I would absolutely recommend!

Be very careful with this company and record EVERYTHING they tell you in your consultation and treatments. They are scammers and only care about money. I had a terrible experience at the Fulham branch with a hydrafacial which I requested to do on the same day as my consultation (and the same day I paid for a course of 3 sessions) . They told me they could not do the first treatment until weeks later due to staff availability which would be outside of the 14 day refund period. Now they refusing to refund me for the remaining 2 sessions which I do not want after the terrible first session experience I had! Absolute joke, they trick you, I do not want to step foot in there again but have no choice as they will not give me the remaining money back. Policy which was never even explained to me at the time of paying should ensure any 1st treatment is had in the period of 14 days following payment. Otherwise only start paying for services after treatment instead of before so your not scammed like I was.

I've recently started my Clearlift treatment for hyperpigmentation with Harmony XL Pro laser at the Kingston branch and already seeing a change.
Sobhna is very professional and makes me feel comfortable during the procedure. Very happy I've found this clinic! Once finished with the current procedure I will try out other treatments they offer.

I visit the Kingston branch and Love it! especially my technician - Marina, she is so knowledgeable, kind, warm and makes me feel so comfortable. She doesn’t rush her work and is very thorough. Highly recommend her, I trust her and feel very welcomed by her.

I have been having my laser hair removal sessions with Premier Laser Clinic since last year and cannot stress how much of a wonderful process it has been.

My practitioner Patrice is one of the loveliest and funniest people, and makes you feel 100% at ease as soon as you walk in. I have never felt uncomfortable or awkward, and always leave feeling wonderful!

I've already recommended Patrice to a friend of mine who wanted her laser done, and would recommend Premier Laser and Skin for laser hair removal to anyone who asked.

I chose premier laser clinic in Notting Hill Gate and it was the best decision I made! For my last session I had Toya and she was really amazing. She really was so thorough in how she carried out the laser, answered all my questions, gave fantastic advice, was so friendly and just really so helpful overall. I will definitely aim to have all my appointments with her! She needs to be given a raise! Overall, I have no complaints at all. Amazing clinic and I will definitely not be looking at other clinics for any other treatments in the future.

I did the herbal green peel with Tania and the results are amazing. My skin is glowing and the marks of my old acne are disappeared. Tania, like the rest of the staff, is super professional, kind and helpful. Definitely will come back

I would recommend Farah
she is an excellent therapist 🙏

My practitioner Saba is very friendly, professional and did an amazing job. I am very happy with the results and I can’t recommend this clinic enough.

I have been using Premier Laser Clinic for as far as I can remember. The staff are always brilliant, from reception to treatments. You can expect to be treated professionally and politely. Karina in particular has been an amazing support, she has helped me achieve the look I have wanted to for years and for anyone doubting it I can confirm laser hair removal really works! I have had complete success on my underarms and now we are working on my face. Having also previously referred my cousin she has had success on full body hair removal. Thank you to everyone that works here

I have been a client in Premier Laser Clinic Kingston for the past 4 years or so, for various treatments. It is a very nice and comfortable clinic. My practitioner, Sobhna is super professional, friendly, honest and skilled. I am very happy with their services, especially with Sobhna. I highly recommend this clinic and their services.

My practitioner was very friendly, professional and did an amazing job. Im a guy and she treated my full body with laser hair removal and the results were great. Toya did an amazing job. Thank you.

I felt in very good hands with the beauty therapist who did my 3 laser sessions, at Liverpool Street. I took them because I was told they would reduce scars, and although they had little effect on them, my skin certainly did glow for around 2 weeks, each time. I think they'd be great for a special event, or treat for yourself sometimes. I found Ugochi on reception really helpful, both on the phone and when you visit the clinic, she always goes the extra mile to help you. Thankyou Ugochi!

Kojal was great - professional and friendly, and made sure my treatment was both safe and effective!

I had a great experience at this clinic - the staff is always lovely and the appointments on time. Alex did my treatment and I highly recommend het services, she’s professional and friendly. So happy about the result too!
