Came on time, good explanations on what the problem was, had the spare parts in his vehicle and considerate worker who put back a the oven and all its parts back in place.

Bubo came today to fix our oven. He texted to inform of his arrival beforehand and did a fantastic job fixing it. Very friendly and polite. Thank you!

Had our oven repaired and washing machine was not working as it should. Company was great, got a text from the engineer 10min before they arrived. Daniel was very friendly, explained the problem to us, very professional. Highly recommended.

Found his way around the kitchen's electrical system without much assistance, detected the two issues and resolved them efficiently. Clear and communicative the whole time.

Had used them several years ago and they did a good job then. This time I paid for a hob in May 2025, £520 including installation and they are not responding

Edit - I originally posted the above in August 2025 and the business now says it is misleading. It was only after much chasing he eventually responded by sending me an email in December 2025, 4 months after my review (8 months after I paid) simply saying I had been refunded, with zero details. No. I have still not been refunded (Jan 2026) and he has refused to provide details of the supposed refund. My bank has confirmed there has been no refund.

Waited in from 12 till 5. Then another hour in case they were late. Noone showed and no respect to even phone.

Booked my repair through Glotech repairs, unknowingly, they referred my job to London Fusion Repairs, who came out, checked the seal on my integrated fridge door, said, I needed a new seal, and as my appliance was integrated, would need to buy a new door with new seal, at a cost of £189.00
London Fusion Repairs sent me an invoice which I paid, and they said it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive
They then chased me for payment twice, threatened me with legal action and then nothing
No response to numerous emails, phone calls constantly go to voicemail
They did reply once and asked for my bank details, which I gave them, since then, nothing, so I'm now out of pocket by £189.00, and still haven't got my fridge door fixed
Now having to take legal action to recover the money
Totally dishonest company and complete scammers

Glotech recommended this company as their local service repair technicians for a Lamona hob. Arranging appointment for call-out was tricky as their phone line didn't work and they weren't very responsive via email. However, the technician came on the agreed day (May 30th 2025) and tested the hob. He called to explain the fault was linked to the dircuit board and suggested a full replacement. The technician has since left London Fusion Repairs.

Via email London Fusion Repairs were quick to send quotes for replacement and ask for full upfront payment. Prior to choosing the specific model I asked for delivery and installation dates. They said all were available for immediate order and installation in w/c June 16th. I chose and paid for the hob via a payment link they sent on June 17th. I chased on June 29th, I was told the model was out of stock. I checked and it is purchasable from several online suppliers. I suggested that they order and install a similar make instead or source alternative suppliers. They never replied. On July 6th they write saying the selected model is still out of stock and don't reply to anything else. I request a full refund on several occasions and they still have not replied. I ask that they call, they do not reply. This is not a professional service and to date I am out of pocket £580 with no new hob or indication of a refund being processed. This is a scam, avoid. No other company should recommend London Fusuon Repairs. They are unreliable and unprofessional.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. This company is a total SCAM. It was referred to my by GLOTECH another company for services in south east london. I got in touch in October they chased up for hob and oven repair asking £700 gbp upfront for repair in 3 days. Till the time I made payment I would receive emails every day for reminders to pay. The engineer came once and fixed hob. The oven still was giving a fault. When I reached to them again they claimed the spare part is not available for 15 days. And then the company comepletely ghosted me. Their phone is always on voice mail. Email - no responses. Agreed to refund me partially asked for Bank Details. Never replied after, I have followed up every single day since January this year, no responses whatsoever. I then booked anothet appointments and some person called Martin calls on a random day saying I am coming to fix your faulty oven in 30 minutes but you have to pay first. When I asked about my previous invoice he shut the phone. I am taking legal action against this company now for the money they took, stress and unnecessary inconvenience caused in the last 6 months. AVOID.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Came to fix my dishwasher call out fee £100 … then quoted me 3 times the list price of the replacement part … refused to engage in customer service calls.. do not trust

I strongly advise against using London Fusion Repairs. My experience attempting to get my washing machine fixed was plagued by poor communication and ultimately unsatisfactory service. They provided ineffective advice, including a potentially unsafe suggestion for me to handle the waste pipe myself. After failing to fix the issue, they cancelled a follow-up appointment during the scheduled time slot. This company failed to deliver service with reasonable care and skill, as mandated by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Due to their refusal to communicate effectively, I am now escalating this matter legally. Avoid this company if you want reliable and professional service.
