Washing machine repair hero
Washing Machine broke down mid-wash this morning (Friday). Desperately needed the clothes washed for tomorrow. Called nearly 10 companies, all immediately said no slots available until earliest Monday. NICK the amazing engineer came to the rescue - even though it was his last job and he had to drive over an hour to get to me - arriving after 6pm, when he could easily have ended his working day already. Took his time to carefully investigate why there was an error code and water had leaked to the base. Instead of giving up and telling me to buy a new one, he meticulously inspected the washing machine from top to bottom, determined to solve the problem. Finally found the fault then repaired it promptly. Highly recommend Nick for all appliances repair in SW London.

Great experience
Easy to book a repair, came when they said they would, Buko was really helpful. We have used them twice now - for an oven and for a washing machine - and would definitely do so again.

Unprofessional and Dishonest: Avoid This Company
I want to warn others about my experience with London Fusion Repairs. I paid £520 for a NEFF appliance installation, but the installation was never completed.
After payment was taken, the company became unresponsive. I have emailed multiple times and attempted to call, but received no reply, which made it impossible to resolve the issue.
In response to the company’s reply here, I dispute their claim that no such job exists. If they are genuinely unaware of a paid and incomplete installation, that is concerning. I am willing to provide booking details once they respond via the contact details already used, which to date has not happened.
This review reflects my direct experience.

We categorically deny the claim that £520 was paid to our company. No such payment has ever been received by us, and our accounting records clearly confirm this.
Without payment being received, it is impossible for any installation to be carried out, as no job is confirmed, scheduled, or assigned to an engineer unless payment has been successfully processed.
After checking our booking system, bank records, and installation logs, we can confirm that no NEFF installation exists under your name or contact details, and no funds have ever reached our company in relation to the amount stated.
If you believe a payment was made, you must provide clear proof of payment showing our company as the recipient. To date, no such evidence has been provided.
Until verifiable proof is supplied, we consider this review to be factually incorrect and misleading. We remain open to reviewing any legitimate documentation should it be presented

Fast, efficient, and friendly service
We had Bubo come to fix our microwave as we had an issue with the door. London Fusion Repairs were very quick to slot us in during a busy period of the year (between xmas and New Year), and Bubo was fantastic. He was super polite and friendly, and was quick to identify and resolve the issue, all while being very transparent about what he was doing and treating our stuff with respect.
I'm not sure what those old negative reviews on here are all about, but I can say with confidence that in 2025 they can very much be trusted and will do the job to the best of their ability. Thank you for helping us out! We'll definitely be in touch next time we have an issue with our appliances to resolve.
