Very professional the same day help!
Congratulations to the company!
I have made online appointment in the morning for the afternoon appointment and in few hours, letting me know before, the very nice gentleman called Daniel has arrived. He was very professional, located the problem in minutes, explaining everything he was doing, answering all the silly questions, being very polite all the time. And in my opinion the payment was fair as well.
Big thank you Daniel!

Our washing machine wasn't draining…
Our washing machine wasn't draining and Teddy clearly explained what the potential issues were. He cleaned all the various elements of the machine and it worked again after a test run. When the problem reoccurred the next day, Teddy came back free of charge to investigate further. After 4 more test runs he was able to diagnose a more substantial issue with the machine and gave some great advice on next steps for us in terms of getting a replacement machine as well as recommendations for our more general drainage issues. He was very helpful and provided a great service!

We’re pleased to hear that Alex was patient and helpful while diagnosing and resolving the issue with your dishwasher. Taking the time to properly identify the problem is key to delivering a reliable repair.

Reliable and knowledgeable
On time, respectful and reliable team. Alex was professional and knowledgeable. His analysis with the dishwasher problems was correct. In the end the dishwasher requires further parts/repairs so ended up buying a new one. Alex suggested their own team for this but their quotes are £100 more than what’s available online so I’ve decided to go with the more cost effective option.
Update: The external quotes I've mentioned are all in, incl. installation, disposal etc. Your quotes are about 15-20% higher than what's available online.
