Unreliable, Unresponsive, and a Total Disregard for Consumer Rights
I first contacted London Fusion Repairs on 2nd March 2026 to repair the door on my Neff oven. The engineer visited, told me a new door was needed, and I accepted the quote. Now, at the end of June, the issue with London Fusion remains entirely unresolved. The new door cost over £500, so this was not an insignificant amount of money. I ultimately had to approach another company and pay another callout fee for the issue to be resolved.
Because of their failure, I was forced to process a credit card chargeback to get my money back from London Fusion Repairs. My experience with them has been characterised by unreliability, a severe lack of communication, and a complete disregard for consumer rights.
Here is a breakdown of the service I received:
Zero proactive communication: An engineer missed the first repair appointment because the wrong parts were delivered, but nobody told me. I only found out when I chased them to ask where they were.
Constant excuses: A second appointment was cancelled the day before because they claimed Neff sent the wrong part again.
Unfulfilled refunds: They offered a full refund due to the time taken for the issue to be resolved. I waited the 14 days they requested, plus an additional 7 days, and received nothing.
Ghosting: My last contact from them was on 20th May 2026. Since then, they have completely ignored all communication, and nobody ever answers their phone, making resolution impossible.
A major red flag: London Fusion insists on payment for parts by bank transfer. Fortunately, I refused and paid by credit card. This meant I could exercise my consumer rights and secure a chargeback when they failed to refund my money. Had I paid by bank transfer, I would likely have lost over £500 with absolutely no recourse.
Under UK consumer law, when a company cannot complete a service, you are entitled to a refund. London Fusion Repairs failed to honour this obligation. I cannot recommend them, and I strongly advise anyone who does use them to completely avoid paying by bank transfer.

Excellent service from start to finish. My washing machine stopped draining and I was worried I would need a replacement. The engineer arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the fault, and repaired it during the same visit. He explained everything clearly and left the area clean and tidy. The machine has been working perfectly ever since. Highly recommended and I will definitely use them again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Had a diagnostic assessment carried out in March at the cost of over £100, was told two parts would need to be ordered for my dishwasher at a cost of over £200. Paid the money, then at 5pm on the day before the repair got an email to say the parts hadn’t arrived and would I like a refund. I asked for the repair to be rescheduled then didn’t hear back! Despite multiple emails being sent (no reply) and multiple phone calls (no answer). I have now finally had a reply (months later) and been told I can have a refund of the parts but not the original call out - I only paid for the original call out on the assumption fusion repairs would carry out the work. It’s how June - my dishwasher still isn’t fixed and I have not received any money back. Terrible customer service

To clarify, the initial diagnostic visit was completed successfully and the call-out fee covered the engineer's attendance, inspection, and professional diagnosis of the appliance. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, this fee is non-refundable once the diagnostic assessment has been carried out.
Unfortunately, the required parts were delayed and subsequently became unavailable within a reasonable timeframe. For this reason, we offered a full refund for the parts ordered.
