I have had a positive experience where I see Dr Izamov. He went through everything clearly and took the time to review what I had come in for.

I am thoroughly satified with my experience, the treatment and service I received from Doctor Izamov.

Doctor Izamov, was calm, courteous very professional in explaining the process surrounding my procedures. I felt that Dr. Izamov and Femi treated me with care, understanding and attention at each stage of my minor surgery.

In addition, I would like to offer a special mention for Femi (the practice nurse) and for Yaseen Williams the manager - for their professionalism and politeness.

If so required, I would definitely recommend Doctor Izamov and the LDC, to my family and friends.

Small forehead cyst removal:

It would be five star if they didn’t hit me with a £2,000 quote after the initial online remark was “from £300”. Felt a bit scammy.

I will say however, Yaseen the practice manager was brilliant. He found a way reach a solution and I went through with the procedure in the end.

I feel like the clinics pricing system needs to change however I understand that the private sector is the way it is, and prices are competitive.

Great service. Very efficient

Pretty much a scam. Charged £295 for a 4 minute procedure to just spray some nitrogen on 2 moles. Plus they made me wait for 2 hours first.

Surgery was offered to cut them out but that costs more like £1,000. No thanks.

Dr Charakida was very good and so was the whole team very quick process and appreciated highly.

Very smooth and good experience

Had a great experience with this clinic. Very efficient diagnosis and procedure on the same day. Dr Charakida had great manner and the surgery was exactly what I wanted. The outcome more than met my expectations. My only complaint in the process was the pricing. I wish it had been more transparent before I arrived. The procedure ended up costing about four times what I had expected from the initial phone call. I would have pushed more on my private insurance had I known this. Other than that it was great. For full disclosure it had been 4 days since I had it done so have not finished the full cycle yet.

Terrible place - AVOID. I was wrongly diagnosed with a fairly easy issue, they made me spend another 500£ on a biopsy that wasn't needed. The Greek lady in there is a shocker. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

This place shouldn't practice. I had to endure 2 months of hell because of her inability to diagnose a basic problem that took another dermatologist 2mins to identify.

I wanted a 4x5cm lipoma removed. I spoke to their agent beforehand and told him the size. He said it fell with the £295 category. When I showed a guy in pretreatment he quoted me £3,295. I told him what their agent said on the phone but he said my lipoma was huge! Funny that when I told my adult kids who have seen me largely without a top on in the summer for the last 10 years I've had it, they said they'd never noticed it before. Anyway I'm sure I'll receive a £245 consultation fee for my 2 minutes in the room. Not sure I can claim train fare and 3 hours lost time from them. AVOID!

Removal of small scaly lesion on scalp ( 0.5cm ) without histology
Removal of a mole on arm pit ( 0.8cm) with histology study .( the histology study was charged £500 less 10% equal to £450, not as what they advertised as£295)
Total charges £2293.00
Is this much more expensive what they advertised online?
