AVOID AVOID!!
Please don't entertain this place. It is a pop up shop operating under the prestigious Harley Street, London address. The consultant seemed okay but the Manager was just a money grabbing crook, who pressured us into parting with £1450.00 for a consultation, two blood tests and an acne spot biopsy. We had to sign up there and then with only minutes to think about whether this was the way forward. It was a battle to arrange the follow up appointment when we weren't given any real answers anyway. What an unprofessional, dismissive experience, preying on vulnerable desperate people. We visited in August 2025 and I've wanted to send this review since then but life got in the way.I only wish this place could be investigated and why on earth didn't I read the reviews before setting foot in the place! I looked again today to see if things had improved or the place had been shut down but no. A big NO from me

I had a private dermatology consultation and repeatedly requested a simple consultation letter/invoice with doctor details so I could submit it to my medical insurance. Despite asking multiple times, calling for days, and clearly explaining that I had a strict deadline, I was completely ignored.

For a private clinic charging premium fees, this level of admin support is honestly shocking. No responses, no follow-up, and no sense of urgency whatsoever. It feels like once payment is taken, patients are no longer a priority.

The medical consultation may be private, but the administration is absolutely rubbish. I would strongly advise others to avoid this clinic, especially if you need proper documentation for insurance or work purposes.

Very poor experience overall.

If I could give 0 stars, I would not waste your time with this company. I had a 5 minute consultation, and was then sent to the next cubicle to discuss fees. They quoted £1875 to remove 2 cysts and would waive the £249 fee if I paid at the time for a “20 to 30 minute” procedure. I wasn’t allowed to keep the diagnosis when I said I’d think about it and shop around. Seems like they are much more interested in your money than anything else. Avoid.

Absolutely horrendous, completely misold. I had to pay £410 for a steroid injection due to been charged my consultation fee despite being told this would be waved if I had treatment the same day. Then informed because it wasn’t surgical they don’t offer that waiver and I could just pay £249 for a 2 minute consultation conducted in a cubicle.

I chose to get the steroid injection where I was given no warning and went into shock as a result. Doctor soaked gauze in cold liquid as way of pain relief and was given alcohol wipes to smell to raise my blood pressure. Was given no aftercare advice, or advised of any potential side effects.

I left in tears and still in shock. Terrified to have another steroid injection as didn’t fully resolve the issue.

Please do not attend here.

I attended this clinic on 11 November and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The consultation felt rushed and unprofessional; the doctor was on her phone when I entered, briefly glanced at my mole without examining it properly, and immediately suggested removal with “no scarring.” I was then sent to an assistant who did not discuss the procedure at all, but instead focused on payment and encouraged me to book immediately. The only “reassurance” offered was a few Google images, not results from actual patients, which made me even more uncomfortable.

I felt pressured into making a quick decision and ended up paying a deposit. Less than an hour later, I called to cancel, explaining that I felt forced and lacked proper medical information. I started calling the clinic on Tuesday, the same day I left, but was only able to get through on Thursday. During this time, my calls and emails went unanswered, and repeated promises of call-backs were not fulfilled. When I finally did speak to someone, the response to my concerns was dismissive, and a feedback call ended abruptly as soon as I expressed dissatisfaction.

Eventually, I was able to get the cancellation processed, but I only received half of my refund, despite the “consultation” lasting less than two minutes and providing no meaningful assessment.

Overall, the experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and lacking in proper patient care or transparency. I would not recommend this clinic based on my visit.

Staff is really helpful. Yas was very friendly. Happy I went.

They did not treat me fairly. I have severe psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. I thought they would help me on same day but I got no support for a whole week. Even small blood test cost me a lot. I decided to go to my GP and they treated me straight away, they were the real heroes. This is not a clinic to safe people, only to make them suffer and become broke. Do not trust them.

This dermatologist dr Charakida operated me for vaser and gave me an infection
She works illegally with the Harley body clinic who is not a registered clinic
This is very bad and you shouldn’t trust someone who works with illegal company possibly taking cash in hand but this is the police department job to investigate
I’m very concerned and disappointed

Horrible. I saw dr. Hasna syed for acne, she barely spoke to me and didn’t ask me a single question that would help address my skin condition (not what I eat, my skin care routine, nothing at all). It seemed she didn’t want to hear my issues or give any advice, just prescribed me antibiotics without any information about myself. She didn’t even know when / what time I should take the antibiotics she prescribed, asked me to ask the pharmacist. Extremely bad service for the amount paid.

Was astonished to be offered next day service for removal of 3 pilar cysts! Highly competent surgeon , lovely nurse - totally professional, couldn’t have gone better. Totally recommended.Also thought the cost was reasonable.

Just had a cyst removed which wàs bigger and deeper than I realised. First class service.
Syed Mashhadi the surgeon made me feel very much at ease. Talked to me through the whole procedure. Didn't even feel the local anaesthetic. Such a lovely man. Many thanks to Hinal Solanki his nurse who was so very supportive. Highly recommend both the clinic and the surgeon and nurse.

I can’t stop feeling scammed. Consultation was not £169 as they said in their email, but £249. The price to remove a skin tag that couldn’t be removed by freezing or burning was… £749!!!! You can refuse paying this amount, but then you are forced to pay the £249 consultation fee. I feel totally robbed.
PS: The dermatologist could do with a refresher session of how to use aseptic gloves.

I recently made an enquiry about treatment, but the follow-up was overly aggressive and unprofessional. I received multiple calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages pushing for a same-day appointment, which wasn't suitable for my treatment needs. The approach seemed more focused on making a sale than prioritizing patient care. Needless to say, I was put off and would not recommend this clinic.
