Exceptional in every way! From ordering to product quality, communications, navigating returns and the most prompt customer service I have ever experienced!!

I received wonderful customer service regarding the color of a rash guard I ordered. Would definitely recommend this company.

Although I ended up not wanting to keep the product I purchased, yes, I still give 5 stars. We all know that ordering online is not like being in the physical store where we can feel and touch a product, and hence, may not be what we were looking for. But I have to say that Lolekai's customer service was above and beyond in not only easily enabling my refund, but also taking every effort to understand why I wanted to return the product, genuinely asking for feedback not just for show, but actually forwarding to the various business units responsible for improving. Additionally, they went on to make sure I was kept completely whole, with no regrets trying this direct order with an unfamiliar company. As a recommendation, I would not hesitate to give them a try.

The customer service is really professional, kind, and supportive. They went above and beyond in communication and were extremely accommodating.

I ordered a rash guard but it didn’t fit quite right and I forgot to return it until after the 30 day return policy had passed. I emailed anyway and heard back within 20 minutes with promise of a full refund or an offer to replace with a different size. The support team were absolutely lovely and super helpful throughout the entire process.

I am thrilled with my purchases! High quality, gorgeous patterns, and the website accurately depicts all colors. I went back and forth on some of my purchases, and Lolekai support went above and beyond with assisting my decision-making ... then were very responsive when I realized I'd accidentally ordered the wrong size in a few pieces. I can't wait to tell everyone about them!

This company truly cares about their customers. My wife and I will always shop here first when it comes to water & beach wear!! I expected the customer service to be a little slow but it wasn’t at all! I emailed and the company got back to me within minutes. They solved my issue and then some. We will be customers for life!

So many great colours to choose from, and when the top arrived it was of very high quality. I needed to change the size, and experienced way above and beyond customer service when I contacted the support team.

Truly an amazing company and team! I loved both items I ordered, but one rash guard was slightly too large for me. They responded to my return inquiry promptly and were so so kind, and are sending me an XS as a replacement. The small that was too large I’m gifting to my friend for our upcoming trip! I also ordered the crop top rash guard from them after such a great experience. And these are such quality pieces!!! Very excited to put them to use. Will definitely be purchasing with them again!!

Judge a business by its actions when something goes wrong. Well I couldn't fault lolekai. Sent them an email explaining my issue and within hours I had an appologetic reply and offer of refund or replacement dispatched immediately. 100% will use again quality product and definitely quality customer service. Wish more were like lolekai.

I purchased two new rash guard shirt for my upcoming trip to Hawaii. This shop sells awesome shirts and designs. When I received them I realized I ordered the incorrect size, the customer service team was a 10 out of 10 in handling my order.

Perhaps the best customer service I've ever encountered. Purchased a product but the size and color were not quite right. Reached out for process to replace and was pleasantly surprised by the speed and ease of the situation. I only have the highest regard for this company and will be talking about Lolekai whenever I can.

The Lolekai customer service was about the best I have experienced with an online company. There was a mix up with the shipping address and they corrected it immediately so I didn’t have to wait long for the order to be sent to my correct address. Then I needed a return and they made that process easy and painless and went above and beyond to make things right with the order. The quality of the swim shirt I ordered is terrific and has a stylish look too. I’m grateful for the help and excellent customer care that I received!

The customer service team at Lolekai were absolutely amazing. Possibly the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Really quick, efficient responses to my emails providing great solutions for sending different sized pieces - and the rash guard and leggings I ordered are ideal for what I need, well made and really good designs.

I ordered a size too big- no problem - I reached out and they got me my right size Rashguards in time for my trip to the Big Island- I liked the material so much I ordered a swim bra! When you get a chance - make a more modest bottom suit and I am in!!!
