Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

Not One Slice Left!
Lola never fails to impress me, my family and friends! We love it! It's always our first choice for birthdays and now this year Christmas! And it was a hit, not one slice left. It's always a great experience!

I had the Vicky sponge before and it was amazing.
This time I bought the biscov one and to be honest it was disappointing, the cake was dry and the bottom was too hard to cut. I didn't enjoy the cake. Maybe it was a bad for Lola's cupcakes.

the texture of the cakes can be affected depending on how its stored.

Excellent service and product
Have used Lola’s multiple times now and always as good as the first time. My first time picking up at walthamstow as Barnet lockers were full but I got same excellent service from staff there.

Convenient order and collect
I found the ordering process easy and collection.
The cake was smaller than expected and softer but it was delicious.
The other negative aspect is I would prefer more size and price range options.

East to select a cake from their range of styles, wrote out the message needed on cake, made payment and just waiting to pick up date, again simple and easy process to collect. Really friendly service.

Too crumbly this time..
I usually buy a lot of cakes from Lolas cakes.. but this time i was a bit disappointed as it was super crumbly and all the slices i was cutting were crumbs coming off like a lot so not ideal but just a thought.. I really hope it was a bad coincidence and they didn’t change the quality as I will keep buying bcos the taste is very yummy.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review.
I want to apologise for the cake crumbling and not being ideal.
We do recommend to keep the cake outside of the fridge for at least 3 hours before cutting as the cake can be dry if cut when still chilled. We recommend our cake is served at room temperature which can take a bit of time.
