Lola's - Lola's Covent Garden Anmeldelser

I placed an order for collection from your London Covent Garden branch within plenty of time. On the collection day I waited for a text message to confirm that the cake was ready for collection but that message never came. I waited for a large part of the day until I finally called customer services only to be informed that the cake was at the store ready for collection! I ended up having to do a mad dash to collect the cake and get it home in time to head back to the west end and not miss the theater show I was taking my sister to for her birthday that evening, when I could easily have collected the cake earlier in the day if I had received a message confirming readiness. I find that really bad service from a company that prides themselves on good customer service. The least I expect when paying quite a large sum for a tiny cake is a text message letting me know that it’s ready to be collected! The staff at the store were really friendly and professional so this is no reflection on them, but this was overall a very disappointing experience.

Fabulous carrot cake! Loved by everyone from my 3 year old niece(who ate her slice and mine), to my 70 year old father.

They baked a delicious cake for my bday party. It was on time and the guests loved it!

Delicious cake! 🎂

Delicious birthday cake for our 11year old-it was delicious!

VERY easy to order online, clear of what is actually in the cupcakes and the flavours. Always YUMMY!

I only buy my kids birthday cakes from here. Sponge is always fluffy and icing isn't too sweet. The store at Covent garden, London always goes above and beyond to accommodate my last minute request. Highly recommended.

Cupcakes were great! Variety of available locations to pick up and they keep products on a fridge what helps a lot with the heat temperature!
I will buy again with Lola 😉

The cupcakes were very tasty but I went in the afternoon so there was no stock left. The staff were incredibly friendly and were able to help me with my loyalty card app. I did not get my free brownie as said on sign up.

The cake was delicious and it was so pretty! Would definitely recommend the rainbow cake, the sweets on top added a nice fun touch!

Great cake and exactly how it looked. Quality ingredients, delicious taste and reasonable prices. Thank you!

A well known brand, excellent digital experience and easy of purchase and collection. The cake itself was tasty, decorative and packaged well. The only negative comment is the actual cake was a little dry.

The team in Covent Garden were amazing. I was in need of a last minute birthday cake for a colleague's special birthday so called Covent Garden to talk about the possibility of ordering a cake. I had just missed the deadline for the day but the person on the call offered to call first thing in the morning to share the cakes on offer and agreed to hold one for me until I could get into London. So helpful and friendly. The cake was delicious - everyone enjoyed it and I'm sure we will be back again. Thank you all.

Delicious cake as always. Ready for pick up and easily done.

cake not soft enough and very sweet

The spring floral cake was really tasty. Had no issues collecting cake from the covent garden branch.

Brought a cake for my mother-in-laws 60th birthday, looked great and tasted even better! Easy to collect from store. Everyone said how delicious it was and asked where it was purchased. Would use and recommend again and again. Really impressed!

Perfect cake, just as it looked online when ordering, tasted delicious, great service. Thank you

Great cake, beautifully presented, easy collection. Compliments from all

Another fabulous cake it tasted delicious & looked fab! Even it was delivered by courier. Everyone within the private party loved it!
Thank you very much for accommodating me yet again from Glasgow. Highly recommend this place for all your cakes.
