Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

BAD EXPERIENCE
Yes. A very serious issue went totally wrong!
I went personally to your shop in Bromley town centre and I ordered a birthday cake. I asked the sales lady to make sure the inscription on the cake reads Happy 50th Birthday.
1st of all there wasn’t any e-mail acknowledging the order.
Secondly the cake got to your shop on the day of the pick up which was the 6th of November 2025 with the inscription
Happy 15th Birthday! What a disappointment!

Great tasty cake
This cake was for my cousin whose birthday was my wedding day so I included him in my wedding celebrations with a Lola’s Carrot cake. It was perfect! We’ll boxed and presented.

We ordered the Lilo and Stitch cake for our 3 year old’s birthday party and he absolutely loved it. The design is so cute, the colours are lovely and vibrant and it tasted amazing! All our guests commented on how beautiful the cake looked and tasted.

Really easy to order online, the cake was ready for collection as requested. It was delicious and the birthday girl was very happy. All the children enjoyed the cake. And kept well in box, nicely packaged to keep cake safe and secure.

Simple to order and collect, wasn’t sure about the taste of the cake as it was gluten free, every one who ate the cake said the same thing… Delicious.

The cakes were excellent, absolutely spot on….they nailed it.(Bromley)
First the choices I had when it came to the cake I wanted. They catered for my dietary needs as a gluten free eater. I also ordered another cake for individuals who eat without issues. What made it even more special was the customer service I received, I even received a free 50th number for cake and a sparkle.

Cupcakes for vegans and caeliacs
I needed some cupcakes for a small event but I had some vegan and caeliac colleagues. Nobody stepped up to the challenge apart from Lolas's. I spoke to a lovely lady over the phone and she addressed my concerns and double-checked the cupcakes could be made (as special order). They were delivered, on time, to my chosen location. During the event, they were snapped up and all eaten - rich and delicious! I know who to go to now in future
