Lola's - Lola's Bromley Anmeldelser

Really good

Lovely colorful sweet soft cake, ideal for a birthday with hand iced message.

Ordering the birthday cake was very easy to do, the staff very really helpful.

When the cake was ready for collection we were given the cake in a nicely presented box and strong bag.

The salted caramel cake was incredibly moist and with flavour, definitely has our new favourite flavour from Lola’s

Excellent service , prompt delivery , beautiful cake

Beautiful cake exceptional taste would definitely recommend and continue coming here.

Cake was delicious. Order arrived on time. Name was misspelled but that's due to my unclear hand writing.

Lovely cake. Thick chocolate. Cake was delicious. Would order again.

As a first-time customer, I visited Lola's outlet store in Bromley - The Glades Shopping Centre to place my order. It was a birthday cake for my daughter, and we selected the "Sponge Cake: Cookies and Cream." The cake's taste, texture, and decorative presentation were brilliant. Everyone loved it! The lady who served me seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. The service was excellent and smooth, from placing the order to collection. The cake was packed in a strong and well-presented cardboard box to provide extra protection during transportation. Overall, I am a very happy customer and will shop again. Finally, we've found our cake store, thank you Lola's Cupcakes!

Service was great at Bromley
Cake was lovely looked nice tasted even better

The cupcakes were very delicious. We enjoyed them very much.
We always buy our cakes and cupcakes from Lola’s and we are never disappointed.

We had ordered a cake to pick up but it hadn't been delivered to the store yet. Completely my fault as I hadn't read the timings right. However, there was a similar cake on the counter and the lady asked if I wanted that one instead, then she could replace it with the one I had ordered. This was a great idea and helped me out. Great initiative from her. She was so friendly and really helpful.

Quality and taste that never disappoints. Lola’s cupcake is our go to cake shop to celebrate all the birthdays/ anniversary in my family .

This is my first time complaining after being a customer of Lola’s Cupcakes for a while, and purchasing at least 4 birthday cakes every year. The cake I ordered this time looked great, but was extremely dry and hard to eat. Also being chocolate, I expected a real rich and strong chocolate flavour but it lacked depth and taste unfortunately.

Cake was delicious. It was ordered for anniversary.

I ordered the superhero cake online for my son’s birthday . The process was quick and easy to for ordering and collection and the final product was exactly as shown on the website. The cake tasted great and stayed soft for days. My son loved it! I every birthday cake from Lola’s so definitely recommend!
