Really surprised by the negative reviews on here as I have been amazed by the incredible customer service I've received from this business. I wanted to buy a Sleepy Pod travel harness for my dog (difficult to find in the UK) but was unsure on the sizing. They replied the same day to my email query and happily sent me both a size medium and large (I only paid for one) with free postage and a prepaid return label and bag. These arrived the next day! These are expensive harnesses and they not only trusted me with a second one but they also sent me a discount code for the one I paid for. The whole process has been incredibly quick and easy and I would whole heartedly recommend them again.

Unresponsive and delivery took close to a month. Would never use again

Misleading website and service.
Delivery says 3-5 days, I received no email or communication (tracking) other than the initial ‘your order has been placed’.
3 days after placing order I decide to reach out to see what the estimated delivery date would be via email.
No reply, so called the number on the site, was forwarded to voicemail.
Sent a WhatsApp just asking for a dispatch update. No reply.
The company seem to be under Tiebel Consulting - no idea what this has to do with my cats harness or the cat bed I’d ordered. So the unfulfilled order reviews and bad communication are correct. AVOID - luckily I paid with PayPal, I was refunded £92 of my £102. This isn’t a real functioning pet store, small businesses take every order with care and are able to communicate, they value customers shopping with them.
What was hilarious was after no contact from this shop after order, the Paypal resolution stated ‘not the client for us’ amazing! Proof it’s not a shop, that’s consultancy speak if ever I heard it.
Shop with the genuine stores and avoid this website (masking as a small business)

I ordered a £180 pound choupette from these scammers, it didn’t turn up they ignore emails, refuse to refund. Don’t buy from them.

I bought an expensive dog collar, they said it was out of stock and they would send it when it came back in. It’s been 2 months and my emails have been ignored, and no collar has arrived. Extremely disappointing.

Was searching for a particular ball online and Lola & Nell came up with exactly what I wanted. I’d not heard of them before and am always dubious when using a new site and couldn’t find any reviews other than testimonials on their own site. I decided to place my order and take a chance and so glad I did! Ordering was quick and easy and very quickly my order arrived, perfectly packaged and exactly what I wanted.
