I love Lofi Girl. The mug is great, I love how you have 3 size options. I got the 15oz which is my favourite size for tea. It’s great quality and it’s so nice. Makes me so happy every time I drink out of this mug.

Best Synthwave music, love the Lofi Boy

Well packaged. The record came halfway around the world without a ding, bend, or scratch. The LPs feel nice solid and heavy, black with an apparent random arrangement of whitish 'stars.' For some reason I expected the LPs to be blueish, but that was all me; they look nice and sound great. The record sleeves are sturdy, glossy smooth with a blue star-filled filled sky. The covers are solid and very nicely printed; I found a cute little 4AM chill session-sticker hidden inside when I returned a sleeved record to the cover.
Shipping to the USA is expensive (~73% of the album's cost, so consider bundling to optimize benefits of shipping.
My order was held up in US Customs because I did not designate an agent. Tracking the package at this time suggested it was still at Charles de Gualle airport, because it was in " no man's land" and not scanned in FedEx's facility yet. There's a link in an email that lets you select FedEx as the Agent. As soon as I completed the short form the package arrived in about 2 days.

Les hoodies sont vraiment quali, super cozy and tiennent vraiment chaud. Je mets ça avec une veste par dessus et je passe quasiment tout l'hiver comme ça!

J’ai commandé le pull Lofi Girl en collab avec Powfu et je suis vraiment super content. La livraison a été rapide, j’ai reçu le colis en environ 5 jours. Le produit est vraiment de bonne qualité, et la broderie à l’arrière donne un super rendu. En plus, le pull était emballé dans un sachet hermétique Lofi Girl, ce qui fait toujours plaisir. Franchement, rien à redire, je recommande !

Commande reçue rapidement et parfaitement conforme à la description. La qualité du produit est vraiment au rendez-vous : finitions soignées, matières agréables et design fidèle à l’univers Lofi Girl. L’emballage était propre et protecteur, ce qui est toujours appréciable.
On sent une vraie attention portée aux détails et à l’expérience client, du passage de commande jusqu’à la réception. Très satisfaite de mon achat, je recommanderai sans hésiter et je repasserai commande à l’avenir.

I’ve bought a few items from Lofi Girl over the years, from the keychains to planners, to some vinyls.

Overall, I’m quite happy with my experience ordering from this company. Only slight concern that I have is the old water bottle they used to sell (no longer in production) now emits a weird smell after a couple of years of use so I’m not sure what’s up with that, but it does make a pretty keep sake regardless. The fabric on the cat water bottle also seems a bit fragile, but so long as you don’t use it in a rough manner, it’s fine. Would still rate my experience with them 4.75/5 as items arrived in a timely manner, usually are of good quality and in great condition to the point I have yet had to rely on customer service for the things I’ve had to order.

I have heard and seen other peoples complaints about customer service. I think the company has improved their work standards compared to what was - when I had a question regarding a release, their representative responded within 24 hours which is faster than other reputable companies.

All this to say that things I would look out for:

- Pay attention to release information on vinyls. It seems like they do a lot of pre-orders to determine how many vinyls they need to order once the pre-order period closes. The higher the demand for a pre-order, the more orders will be delayed due to production timelines. Also be aware of tariff law changes, as inflation has caused increases in prices and sometimes further added to delay times with shipping if what their representative told me is true.
