I recently bought several pairs of Luna pants, and while one of the styles wasn’t quite the right fit for me, I’ve been really impressed with the customer service.
The team were incredibly helpful with my queries and made the replacement process really easy, helping me choose a style and fit that suited me much better.

Awful awful company
Awful awful company. The itself product is passable but there are better out there. Not worth the money.
But - The reason for the bad review is that they are just dishonest. I ordered on a buy one get one free, only one was shipped, I complained, they said I had to pay an additional £6.99 for postage. I replied saying why do I have to pay postage, it was a buy one get one free? I am now in the most infuriating email trail with either a really badly programmed chatbot or someone in customer service who hates their job and is just winding their customers up. It’s poor form and they just rip people off. An example of a company that’s all instagram ads and no respect for customers

Let us explain how the offer works. For the buy one get one free to apply, two pieces need to be added to the cart, which is also stated on the advertisement. Our warehouse then ships exactly what was in the cart, since plenty of customers do order just one item.

I'd ordered two pairs of briefs in medium for my daughter but unfortunately she felt they were too tight. I contacted customer services at Luna who were very helpful and offered to exchange for the next size up which was a relief. I'm hoping the size will be perfect fir my daughter. I'd like her to use reusable products going forward and this certainly seems like a great quality product.

£104.85 taken after pressing APPLY on a discount code – no response from customer service
I am extremely unhappy with my experience with Lunã and, most of all, the complete lack of response from customer service when I have been trying urgently to resolve this.
On 26 September I was at checkout with items in my basket and was trying a discount code to see what the final price would be.
I entered the discount code and pressed APPLY. The discount was not accepted. Instead, the next screen I saw was confirmation that an order for £104.85 had been completed.
I did NOT knowingly or intentionally press Pay to complete this purchase.
I contacted Lunã within minutes of this happening, explained what had occurred and asked them to cancel the order immediately before it was dispatched.
I received no response.
The order was then dispatched anyway.
I have since emailed Lunã repeatedly and have now also submitted an urgent complaint through the contact form on their website. I still have not received a response from an actual member of customer service.
I have also raised the checkout issue directly with Shop Support, who have investigated the Shop Pay transaction. I am continuing to dispute what happened during checkout with them.
What makes this situation even worse is that the unexpected £104.85 payment has left me short for essential household expenses and bills. I acted within MINUTES to try to stop the order, yet it was dispatched while my messages went unanswered.
I have now discovered that Lunã's return centre is outside the UK and that customers are ordinarily responsible for international return postage. So despite trying to cancel immediately, I potentially face paying even more money just to return an order I did not intend to complete.
I have kept copies and timestamps of all my correspondence showing exactly when I first contacted Lunã.
I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I want Lunã to actually respond to me, acknowledge my cancellation/withdrawal request, arrange a prepaid return for the unopened products and refund my £104.85.
Order QAXQYZ4ER.
I would really appreciate somebody from Lunã finally contacting me and resolving this.

Our order processing system is largely automated. As soon as an order is placed, processing begins almost immediately. The order is picked and packed and then added to the shipment with other orders ready to be dispatched.
When our team reached your email, we did try to cancel the order for you, but unfortunately it had already been dispatched and was in transit, meaning we were no longer able to stop it from our side.
Our team is already in contact with you by email and will go through the available next steps with you there. We’d recommend replying within that same email thread, as sending multiple separate messages can split the conversation across our system and actually slow down the response process.

If I could give lower than one I would
If I could give lower than one I would. Product arrives sealed with a note that if seal is broken I would be unable to return. As I wanted to feel the fabric, I couldn’t without breaking the seal. I didn’t like the look of the fabric so requested a return and refund. There the problem starts! I’m offered 50% refund and keep the product. I refused and asked for details to return the item. I’m then told it would cost over £17 to return the item to the Netherlands through their courier. I told them I could return it cheaper with my own insurance etc. They gave me an address, which I checked, as they told me if it wasn’t received I’d lose my refund. The address is wrong and I’m waiting to hear from them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Also I’ve noticed they have today announced they are changing their name, no surprise there. Be aware very aware.

The partial refund we offered was an alternative, not a condition. It's there for customers who'd rather avoid the cost and hassle of an international return, but you're completely free to turn it down and send the parcel back to our return centre instead. That option has always been open to you.
The return address we provided is correct. If something looked off when you checked it, just reply to our last email and we'll confirm it again in full so there's no doubt before you post anything.
As for the name change, that wasn't a choice we made lightly or for the reasons you're suggesting. It came about to avoid a conflict with another brand, nothing more.
We'd genuinely like to get your return sorted properly, so do come back to us by email and we'll take it from there.

Sorry this has left you frustrated. We'd still like to clear a couple of things up, both for you and for anyone else reading.
Our underwear is manufactured in China, as is the case for much of the period underwear on the market today. Rather than producing there, shipping stock to warehouses in different countries, storing it again and then sending each order on, we keep our stock directly alongside our factory. That means orders go straight to our customers without an extra warehouse and transport step in between. It's a deliberate choice to cut unnecessary transport movements and keep the footprint of our distribution as low as possible.
On returns: our return centre is based in the Netherlands, not in China.

First Order with Luna and so far very pleased with the product!
It’s our first time trying Luna and so far the customer service has been fantastic. The fit guarantee has ensured we get the right size and the team has been so helpful during this process. I’ve read so many great reviews about Luna and when the products arrived they were of great quality compared to another brand we tried; these seem so much more lightweight and more like “normal underwear”. We are still in the early days so haven’t had to use them as yet, but from the reviews I’ve read I have absolute faith that they will provide the protection that other period pants haven’t.

I haven’t used the product yet, but my first impression is very positive. It looks really well made, the design is lovely, and the absorbent gusset is much larger than I expected, which is very reassuring.
The size I received turned out to be too big for me, but thankfully the company offered to send me a smaller size. Their customer service has been excellent — they replied to my emails very quickly, explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free.

Not so good points.
Not the British company it tries to make us believe, quite deceitful. The pants take ages to dry, because they have a double lining and after wearing for hours, the smell of urine is unpleasant.

On the drying time: the double lining is what allows the briefs to hold as much as they do without you feeling wet, so it does take a little longer to dry. Hanging them with the gusset facing outwards and keeping them out of the tumble dryer helps speed things up.
