Loeah Anmeldelser

Yaay no more pads and tampons!! Loeah period pants are all I need. I was so sick of waking up with blood on ma sheets because my heavy flow is too much for the nighttime extra long pads with wide wings. Side leaks where the pad got scrunched up while I was sleeping, or leak up the back. Leaking through ma tampon in the day time after just 2 to 3 hours sometimes. OVER IT! I can wear Loeah underwear all day without leaks and all night and wake up dry. Never going back, these period pants are all I need. Thank you

The replies to my queries were prompt and clear and it was easy to swap the pants for the correct size. The replies were always very friendly and polite.

The costume is great and fits well, fortunately, but I'm shopping for a 12 year old girl who is very tall for her age and it's so difficult to get the right sizing. So I find it bizarre that you if you open the swimsuit to look at it, not even try it on, you cannot return it!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

It’s rather interesting how several positive reviews appear just hours apart, seemingly burying the negative ones. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to think twice.

My experience has been absolutely appalling. I followed their returns policy, complied with their requirements and even provided photographic evidence showing that the product remained completely unopened, with the original seal intact.

Despite this, they offered me a so-called “full refund” while deducting an outrageous amount in shipping fees, even though no return shipment had taken place. How can a refund be considered “full” when such a significant amount is being withheld?

It genuinely feels as though this company changes its policies to suit itself, making it unnecessarily difficult for customers to exercise their consumer rights.

Their approach to customer service and refunds is unacceptable, misleading and deeply concerning. I will be escalating this matter further and exploring my rights under UK consumer law.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. Save yourself the money, frustration and stress.

Now let’s await a bunch of positive reviews to bury this review…

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

These are soft and very well made. Excellent service provided as i needed to contact and they were extremely helpful. Highly recommended. Will definitely be buying more.

Wonderful quality items! Very happy with my purchase and the customer service team were quick to assist with any help I needed!

Accidentally ordered a size too small as I missed some information on their website and the team handled it so quickly and were very kind about it all!

Exceptional customer service! I ordered too large and they were so prompt, accommodating and friendly in their response.

Flattering underwear. Comfortable fabric

Great for my daughter on a beach holiday.

Very good, comfortable, wash well and gives confidence when needed

Really pleased I found this product. Very comfortable to wear and feel safe and secure.
I would have given 5 stars but I have found that the product takes a while to dry after washing and delivery is quite slow.
All in all a very good product.

I have been so impressed with Loeah, the customer service is amazing and the product is great. A truly good company who care about their products and customers in a current climate where most companies only care about making money. I have told loads of people already and will contine to share how great the products and company are.

Good product nice quality customer service very good

The product is great quality but didn’t fit. Loeah’s customer service team responded quickly to my email and their communication around their best fit guarantee was clear and quick and I have been able to arrange an exchange. I really recommend them.

Products are well made and comfortable. I needed to change the size under the fit guarantee as I felt these ran large. This was easy to do and I would definitely buy again

Bought 2 pairs of period swimwear as my period changed its cycle right before our holiday abroad and my son had spent way to long learning to swim for my period to ruin it! Well for the first time in 16 years it didn’t and I swam every single day period or not! They where comfortable looked like normal swim pants and where super easy to hand wash in our caravan! Will absolutely be buying the period pants next!

Really happy with the luna pants, have a thong and a brief, was surprised the thong worked but it does! Could not give 5 stars due to the price but i appreciate you are paying for quality. Would deffo purchase again (after payday)

Don't be take in by the glam looking contents. The way this company operates is a total scam - they don't allow any returns at all. This is in violation of so many laws. Instead they use their fit guarantee, which by the way only applies to your first order, to block you from retuning items. They don't have hygiene seal on each item like all other reputable brands do instead they put all items in a single bag and say if you open this bag and break the seal, which you have to, to inspect the items you cannot return them and if this is not your 1st order you can't even exchange. The quality of the underwear is average but the trap they use to force you to keep the items is off putting. They are glorified drop shipper and if you need to exchange items to make use of their flawed fit policy, guess what - you will have to ship them at your own expense all the way to China!

Have made my first order and really happy with the quality of the products I have received. The customer service and support I have received since I placed my order has been outstanding, as I was unsure on the fit of one of the styles. I’m really looking forward to using my new purchases.

Great customer service and helpful when needing to change sizes
