AVOID!
This is NOT a UK company. They are based in the Netherlands and delivery takes 2 weeks because all stock is shipped from CHINA. Customer service is appalling. The items come in a sealed bag where you CANNOT see what they actually look like to ensure they meet your needs.
Their Facebook profile has London UK selected as a location which simply is NOT true.
Do not buy from this company (operating under Loeah and Lunã). They are completely violating the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
The items arrived sealed inside a completely opaque, frosted plastic bag. Because the packaging was totally solid, it was physically impossible to properly inspect the underwear's design, style, or quality to see if I liked it without opening it. Despite this unfair packaging trap, I kept the outer safety sticker completely intact and requested a return within my statutory 14-day cooling-off window.
Customer service repeatedly ignored my emails. When they finally replied, they refused a UK return and tried to force me into accepting an unlawful 50% partial refund to go away.
Only after fighting them did they disclose that they do not accept UK returns and that items must be shipped to Haarlem in the Netherlands at the consumer's own expense. This international return requirement is completely hidden and was never disclosed before purchase, which is a misleading omission under UK law. Because they failed to disclose this pre-contract, they are legally liable for the return costs under Regulation 35, yet they refuse to provide a pre-paid label.
Thankfully, Chase Bank recognized the breach of statutory consumer rights and immediately forced a full 100% refund via a chargeback. I have also officially reported this company to UK Trading Standards.
Save yourself the stress and buy from an honest, law-abiding UK brand instead. Disgraceful customer service.

Delivery took forever, however, I got lucky first time with the right fit and they are incredibly comfy. However, I don't think the absorbency is quite as good as claimed. On my heaviest days I am going through a pair of pants every 2-3 hours, which is a little frustrating (edit to add: I'm using the pants for the heaviest flow). They also take forever to dry after being washed.

They are super comfy to wear though and I love the pairs where the pad goes all the way up to the waistband on both sides. So, a mixed bag, but ultimately more positive than negative

I believe the briefs will be very absorbent however at the moment I don’t need them to be so absorbent. I only need security in case of slight leakage so I would prefer an absorbency panel which is about the same length as a sanitary pad (not right up the back length of the briefs. I feel they are too thick for my needs.

I feel the pants become a little loose during the day apart from that they feel fine. I haven’t had a leakage whilst wearing them so I cannot comment on their effectiveness.

However I have worn them whilst travelling and found both at Southampton and Dublin Airports that the Security examination revealed ‘something’ in the pubic area that meant I had to have a separate scan in that area. I can only deduct there must be something in the ‘material’ or padding in the pants which caused that????

I’m allergic to traditional pads, so Luna has been a real lifesaver for me! I was initially very sceptical about how well it would handle a heavy flow, but it exceeded my expectations and can last much longer than I thought. I bought three pairs, but to make life easier and reduce how often I need to wash them, I’d probably recommend having four to six pairs. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase!

When these pants finally arrived I thought they looked extremely bulky and immediately put them away thinking there would be few outfits I could wear them with. A few days ago, I finally put a pair on. What appeared to be bulky felt snug and comfortable, not buky at all, looked good and kept me dry all day. I've now ordered another 5 pairs! Definitely recommend these.

Whilst I understand sustainability and how the deliveries are grouped together to reduce frequency, it is somewhat frustrating when this causes a delay in delivery arriving particularly when you require the product but the products themselves are fantastic! There is something for everyone for everyday!

Avoid at all costs!
This is not an honest company.
1) Not refundable despite what they claimed on their website. They have made it so that it's impossible to refund. Firstly, there is no return documents or address to allow for returns. Secondly, sealing many items in one package. Even if there's another package with seal still intact, they are not accepting it. And then they charge you another £6.95 shipping fees for replacements.
2) According to their website, there are 2 different listings, one for bladder leak products, and one for periods products. I bought both, and when they arrived, there were no markings to differentiate which is which. The products are absolutely blank with no labels at all. After asking customer service, they told me they are actually the same.
I don't need so many of the same item, I bought them to meet different needs. The website is misleading!
3) They use fake "independent" reviews. I have fallen into this trap, I hope others don't make the same mistake. I should have noticed how heavily biased that "review" is.

Don't ever buy from this company!

I ordered based on the sizing but unfortunately the items didnt fit me or my daughter but due to the fit guarantee I'm able to swap them for larger sizes. Great customer service and the products feel good quality. I would recommend sizing up.

The sizing chart is fairly accurate, and the fabric feels lovely. The best part is that it is definitely leak proof.

Where to begin!

In short - Loeah pants are super comfortable, effective and beautiful! The team behind the sales are really helpful and friendly! So I am 100% happy with my shopping experience and love my pants, feeling like a queen! Thank you Loeah!

I ordered 3 pairs of pants to upgrade my old period pants. They arrived, neatly packed and better than I could have dreamed!

Efficacy - great! Haven't leaked and as they fit so well I have no worries about being active and moving about and the pants slipping and leaking from the side. I have been through a few period pants and reusable pads and on the whole I feel these pants are definitely up there with the best. I have a medium flow and found that all three pairs I bought have lasted well and not had a single leak yet!

The fit- I ordered my usual pant size and all went well, comfortably fitted to my shape and size but not too tight to cut off any circulation or leave a lasting mark from the elastic.

The materials- soft and comfortable to wear which I love as I can be a bit sensitive to everything when I'm on my period and having comfortable pants that I can trust makes all the difference! The fabric is almost insanely waterabsobant from the inside and waterproof from outside - while cold water rinsing them I noticed the outside fabric of the pants takes a very long time for the water to penetrate and instead the water beeded and ran off the fabric!
I also noticed they are easier to hand wash then my other period pants as they don't seem to deep soak the blood as much so it's a quicker process rinsing them.

Looking good! And lastly but not by least, they look good! I love all the different colours and style options! I love that the different styles carter for the different moods I feel when on my period, sometimes cuddly or sexy but more often just wanting to be cosy and safe. And they've got pants for all of that! Sexy lace and big, comfortable breifs. I also love that there is diversity within the people modeling the pants which enabled me to better understand how the pants might fit and look on me and my unique shape and size. I feel like a queen now on my period !

I was so happy with the pants that after my first period with them I went straight back to the website and bought 3 more!

If something does go wrong - i had a size issue with one of the second pairs I bought and so wrote to the Luna team to let them know and ask if they could help me. They emailed back right away and were super understanding and immediately helpful! I was so pleasantly surprised and thankful for the immediate human response as it's sometimes so hard to reach a human these days as everything is automated or done using a chat bot which can be infuriating if your don't have a standardised problem or just want some reassurance from a human.

So, in summary: Loeah pants - comfortable, effective, beautiful , reliable, diverse range for diverse needs, easy to clean, easy to love! I recommend these pants for anyone who wants to treat themselves to what they deserve when they're on their period!

They are really great pants.. I would say it would be nice if they was a little smaller but still being able to be heavy flow! But they work!

Items are a lovely quality, sadly did not fit but I received very good customer service when dealing with a replacement using the ‘Fit Guarantee’ - quick email response and instructions provided.

First time purchase, I ordered the size up as the website suggests but found these to be too big for me personally. Contacted to enquire about a size change and had a really quick reply and a smaller size is being sent out to me. All in all a really good experience with customer service. Would order again.

I ordered from this company and was really pleased with the service I received. Some of my order weren't quite the right fit for me and they have offered to replace these as part of their fit guarantee, which I'm really impressed with. The ones that did fit are comfortable and absorbent. Really pleased with the product and customer service.
