Todo correcto. Nos hicieron un upgrade gratuito al llegar a recoger el coche. Son muy amables y el vehículo estaba impoluto. Escogimos seguro a todo riesgo. Sale bastante más caro, pero merece la pena ir tranquilos.

A mio parere la migliore compagnia di noleggio a Palermo. A volte forse i prezzi sono un po' elevati, però lo staff è veloce e competente, soprattutto quello della filiale Palermo Notarbartolo. Non ho selezionato 5 stelle perchè l'automobile aveva il pieno, ma dopo pochissimi km il livello carburante è calato di 1 tacca...quindi non era proprio pienissima. Ma è un problema che ho riscontrato - ahimè - con TUTTE le compagnie di autonoleggio.

Tutto ok sul servizio auto. Anche se ho dovuto fare presente io che ho pagato assicurazione per danni per 7 giorni ma avendola tenuta per soli 3 giorni avevo diritto ad un rimborso (che correttamente mi è stato riconosciuto)

The car was ok and in good conditions …
The car was ok and in good conditions , but the rate we paid for 3 days was very expensive , they charged a lot for all risk assurance, and for one hour more in case we returned it later, because we picked up the car one hour before in Palermo
Then in Palermo Office didn´t give us the correct information about the cost of returning the fuel tank , as they told us thet was better to pay the full tank, as near the Catania airport was difficult to fine oil stations( was not true) and will be easier for us , but we didnt spend all the tank only half , and we have paid it full 100 € , so we think that in the office must give the right information

Unfortunately, since the car was returned 2 hours late, an additional day was charged. car good, pick up and drop off not great
I booked the car for 7 days through booking.com and also the full insurance at the same time. However, when I arrived to pick up car in Palermo, the young man told me the insurance I bought was not accepted by Locauto and tried to make me buy their insurance for 30Euros a day (almost the price of the car itself)! He was a bit of a bully about it and not that nice. Also, on day 2 onwards, the car kept saying it had No Wiper Fluid - so they did not check it properly before pickup. Lastly, trying to return in Catania was difficult because of the construction and signs are not great. Took 30 minutes to find the return area. Nice car but experience wasn't great overall
