The show as always fantastic and great…
The show as always fantastic and great value for money .. prince , Michael Jackson , Elvis and britany spears was all fantastic and I take my hat of to the 2 dancers I only have one complaint I was so cold I never took my coat off I know the weather was really cold this weekend but I found it hard to relax and enjoy the show as much because I was so cold .. also if they could have information about getting a taxi numbers customers could use to get a taxi that would be useful
Apart from that .. it was a great night

Hello Alison,
It is so nice of you to let us know just how much you enjoyed the show. When you return to Blackpool though, please consider making the most of the core proposition of Little Touches which is simply make a hotel reservation via our website and then we'll come to life assisting you to get all your attraction and show tickets sorted in one swoop, as opposed to the alternative which often means time consuming visits to multiple different websites. With us you need only enter your details once for your hotel and any combination of things to see and do.

The show was fabulous
The show was fabulous, the weather was awful so we were in the best place. Four artists performed, Elvis, George Michael, Prince and Britney Spears. More importantly cannot forget the dancing girls who supported each act a big credit th them. All acts were great, witty and kept the audience entertained for a good 3 hours. This was our second visit here the last being a few years ago and I can honestly say it is worth every penny of £20. Upon my next visit to Blackpool I would not hesitate to visit Kings and Queens on the central pier. Credit to you all.

Hello Steve,
The entire roster of shows and attractions we offer all delight our Guests at that same high level which you describe so well above. Where Little Touches comes into its own though is when you reserve your hotel, home or apartment through our website, as this then allows our team to devote more time to making sure your Blackpool break as a whole dazzles just as brightly as the stars of a certain Central Pier show.

Showbar Blackpool
We went to the show bar with tribute acts Freddie Mercury , Michael Jackson, Britney Spears and Taylor Swift we had very enjoyable night it was excellent value for money and the tribute acts chosen had something for everyone the only downside to the night is the price of beer £5.00/£5.20 for a pint I think is a bit excessive if they lowered the price by £1 or £1.50 I think it would be perfect

Big Brothers of Blackpool!
I absolutely love these guys! It was by chance they ended up helping me out with a stay I had in Blackpool with my best friend and our little girls. Tom was so attentive and tailored everything to our needs, bearing in mind we have little ones. The second time round, I went with my partner and again Tom was on the ball and pretty much matched us up with things to do based on us as a couple. Not the type of company to make pointless sales. They absolutely thrive themselves on their customers needs and likes. They can be as hands off as you like as in terms of emailing everything over to you, however, they do love to meet their customers and if you pop in they can give discounts on restaurants etc. I have only spoke with Tom so far but he is so lovely and friendly. We are back at end of this month as we have grown to love Blackpool, now that it has proven difficult to go abroad, we are both early 30s and never thought I would hear me swap my Ibiza days for Blackpool! But if you haven't been, go for it and make sure you get in touch with Tom. He is definitely my big brother of Blackpool.

Hello Adele,
We have Google to thank all those months ago for working its magic and serving up our site on Page 1, therefore setting the stage for us to be introduced to each other.
Your in-depth review goes to great lengths to point out our ethos and way of working for all to see, in particular underlining that we make sure what we offer our Guests fits better than a Savile Row suit and steer clear of pushing things onto them that they'd rather not have had.
Where we as a company come into our own though is when you reserve your Blackpool hotel through our website, as extra time and resources are allocated to serve the needs of those Guests who opt to take the LT core proposition of accommodation and activities together as a package. If you loved our service on the ticket front and ticket front alone that's great, but I'd hate for you to be missing out on the what can only be classed as 6 Star service which comes as part of the hotel and tickets combo. After all, big brothers have got to look after their little sisters now haven't they!

Hello Lisa,
The one-liner you started your review off with would have been more than enough to give others reassurance that our website is ever so straightforward to use. It is therefore much appreciated the fact that you went on to tell-all about your entire experience of using our services.
If you loved us the first time, you'll find that upon a second encounter with LT there will be even more value on offer. Simply reserve your Blackpool hotel, home or apartment through LittleTouches.com and we'll hold your hand every step of the way assisting you to get your attractions and shows planned and paid for all at once at no additional cost.
Finally from me, we view all our Guests as partners in our continued success and growth, so whatever happens Lisa please take great pride in the fact that in taking the time to take to Trustpilot and award us a full set of stars you have nudged our overall TrustScore from 4.8/5 to 4.9/5.

Hello Olwen,
In a relatively short space of time you have already firmly established yourself as one of our Regulars. This time around in purchasing both your hotel and tickets through us you've taken advantage of a terrific twosome available all at once from one company, eliminating the need to go in-out in-out shake it all about on different websites and enter your details again and again.
The property you reserved comes with our highest endorsement as it is one of our GOLD properties, meaning an extra special place to stay awaits.
From initially meeting you in person to your kind words left first on Facebook and now Trustpilot and the thoughtful gift you sent to LT HQ following your trip to the Lake District, it might be pretty obvious but we're going to say it anyway:
Business doesn't have to be just business and there ARE friends in business!
You are one lovely lady Olwen and it is our pleasure to make sure you are well looked after.

Hello Tony,
It was so nice to read that you view me as an expert at what I do. I treat hospitality and service as a proper profession and all my staff are also trained to the same high standards, which means we move mountains for each and every one of our Guests.
For you to regard our service our "excellent" was enough to signal to others that they are in very safe and capable hands with us for their Blackpool break, but for you to take that a stage further and comment that you "wouldn't go anywhere else" is the ultimate compliment any business could possibly hope to receive.
When you do return to us my promise to you is that if you reserve your hotel through us next time too, we can assist you seamlessly with both a place to stay and places to play.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you most sincerely for taking the time to issue us with a double dose of kind words and full-fat five stars both here on Trustpilot and over on Google and I now cordially invite you Tony to become one of our Regulars.

Hello Barbara,
It was such an unexpected surprise to see this review wing its way into LT HQ last night. Even if you had just put the one-liner "5 star treatment" and left things at that it would have been enough to convey to others our high service standards, however for you to follow it up in the way that you did is really quite something. In terms of your from "start to finish" comment, we're of the belief that like every good story, sensational service should have a beginning, a middle and a memorable end - for all the right reasons!
It was also brilliant to read that you recognised our responses as being rapid. In a world of lengthy wait times clocking up the minutes and hours on the phone and being told that you'll get an answer in so many working days, we get back to our Guests at lightning speed - faster than a bullet train and Usain Bolt combined!
All that's left to be said is that just like you were mesmerized at the magic show, your kinds words have left our entire team equally as spellbound.

Good golly, Gary!
What a splendid review you sent to enable me to start off my day with a spring in my step. I'm glad to read that my offering of more than you originally bargained for was very much welcomed and appreciated. Blackpool's all the better off for hotels, tickets and dining being brought together and as far as I know Little Touches is the only true resort model that does just that. Hospitality as it should be!
I firmly believe that business isn't just business and there ARE friends in business, so it was great to see that you felt that you were the recipient of this ethos over the sound waves. In awarding a 5-Star rating, you have also kindly nudged the overall tally of "Excellent" reviews we have from 93% to 94%.
You might deem it necessary for me to take a bow, but I'm putting my hands together and applauding the fact that your double dose mentions of the exceptional service signifier "first class" means that it is highly likely our company has gained you as a Regular.

Hello Natalie,
They way you have encapsulated the service I provided for you is really quite unique and very much worthy of a place in our Trustpilot Hall of Fame! I never particularly thought as myself as an action hero, but evidently in your eyes I made a mission impossible, possible.
Our aim at Little Touches is for each and every one of our Guests to go away from us online, over the phone or in-person with an unwavering intention to return. Given all that you have said I do hope that it is the case Natalie that you also feel the need to do your best Arnold Schwarzenegger impression by saying to us...
