Having never used a travel agent before, I was a bit nervous before going with World Access Travel to book our whole holiday to Tenerife. I have to say the team, (Jasmine, Steve and Paula) were fantastic. Incredible service and communication - flying for me as an electric wheelchair user is very stressful, and leaving it to someone else to book all the assistance, airport transfer and accessible accommodation was a bit nerve racking but the whole process was very smooth and Jasmine & Steve were very reassuring. They have a variety of options to book from in terms of destinations, and will do their due diligence on new hotels

My whole holiday was fantastic and very smooth - there were no issues, everything that was booked and in place was there at the airport in terms of correct assistance etc

I couldn’t recommend them enough and I will be definitely using them for future holidays!

The team at World Accessible Travel were absolutely brilliant and incredibly knowledgeable when helping us arrange our holiday. As we hadn't travelled abroad for a long time and had never needed full airport assistance or disabled-friendly transport before, we had several questions and concerns.
Jasmine was brilliant throughout the process. She was always quick to respond, answered every question thoroughly, and provided all the reassurance we needed. Everything was clearly explained, including detailed accessibility information about our holiday, which gave us great confidence when booking. Jasmine arranged wheelchair-accessible transport and managed all the assistance requirements for us, making the entire experience stress-free. Having everything organised so professionally gave us real peace of mind. We would highly recommend World Accessible Travel to anyone requiring accessibility support.

They were really supportive at every stage of the process. From booking the right hotels to providing support when we needed a last minute cancellation.

Jasmine has been excellent in finding us the perfect holiday destination. We were kept up to date throughout the process and were provided with sufficient information to ensure our holiday went smoothly. Jasmine also ensured that appropriate airport transfers were provided. This is often a real worry when travelling with a person with accessibility needs.

I will definitely use world accessible holidays especially Jasmine again when looking for a holiday in the future.

Paula is a star! We booked our honeymoon with her for peace of mind (and because we really didn't feel the need to plan something else besides our wedding! Way too much admin).
As expected, Paula made the whole process uncomplicated, fun, and easy. We didn't know where we wanted to go and got amazing suggestions with reasonings from Paula, who explained why we might like which holiday destination.
We settled on Sorrento, Italy, and are very happy with the choice. We've never booked a holiday through a travel agent, and Paula's support was outstanding. She even gifted us a boat tour experience, which was an incredibly kind gesture.
We'll definitely be repeat customers :) Thanks for making our honeymoon as relaxing as we needed it to be, Paula!

I really cannot compliment Paula and her team enough for all they did to help arrange our trip. Paula worked so hard to try and find us something that ticked all the boxes.

The team helped to provide support and reassurance about the trip and were on hand whilst away when I had any questions. Thankfully there were no issues or damage to the wheelchair as I know this is sadly common place but Paula had already explained the process if that issue had arisen so I was comfortable about what to do if needed.

We are already working with the team for our next holiday, which will hopefully be a little more straightforward than central Paris!

Jasmine worked really hard getting us several different holiday options to suit our families needs. This involved securing an accessible room and changing our seats a few times (on our request) on the aircraft. We had a brilliant holiday and the hotel really did meet all our needs. We fully trust the team at world accessible holidays and we are excited about booking next years holiday with them! We know how much work they all put in to find a holiday that is suitable for our family and having a good relationship with the team makes it feel like they are friends.

As a family we find it very difficult to find a holiday suitable for 2 adults, one of whom is paraplegic & 2 children.
We're often told 'no sorry the room capacity is 2 adults.'

We first found Paula a couple of years ago and have used WAH to book our family holidays since.

Our most recent holiday in June was brilliant after having to cancel our original booking to Mexico.

Paula was on holiday with her own family at the time but spoke to Jasmine and passed our details to her and asked her to contact us. Later that day we had another holiday booked to Turkey with just 4 weeks until departure date with Special Assistance and guaranteed adapted room confirmed.

We also had an issue with some equipment whilst on holiday, Jasmine just happened to send a 'checking in with us' message and I just mentioned the issue and then we soon had an alternative piece of equipment from a different supplier within a couple of hours.

We have also just booked next years holiday through these guys.

I always recommend the team to anybody who would benefit from their expertise and knowledge.

From the beginning of booking my holiday I felt supported in my disability needs. I was able to discuss any concerns I had, Everything was booked and contact was constant with supportive emails throughout the process. The accessible room was lovely comfortable the shower was lovely and spacious.

Nothing was too much trouble. They arranged for special equipment for my husband so he could shower safely. Made sure we were happy with seating arrangements on the plane and even emailed me on arrival at the hotel to see if we had arrived safely and were happy with the assisted care at the airport

Great communications from friendly staff who always got back to me very promptly. Patient attention to detail to ensure everything we needed was just right and in place. Found us a very good accessible hotel with all the facilities we needed in a good location. Made the booking process as trouble free as possible.

Went over and above requesting the room area we wanted that we had stated in previously.
