I have ONLY praises for Alan at Ease My Travels Ltd's professional service. His attention to detail and communications were on point.
He sourced me below market value tickets for my travels to the USA from his vast panel of flight carriers confirming all my details, flight numbers, baggage allowance, preferred seats and meals - the works!!
He wasn't concerned about money-grabbing as most agents seem to be these days, rather he was more inclined to make sure he gets the best deal for me at really competitive prices and allowed a token deposit of £75 to hold the ticket for a month.
Even if you have to cancel for any reason at all, as life does throw us all surprises, that £75 is returned to you as a token that can be used towards any other future bookings with him, given you peace of mind. This holding fee is understandable to protect his efforts.
His system is well greased with user friendly automation and links that help facilitate and streamline the process and he communicated with me directly via telephone, email and WhatsApp making sure all details and bookings were correct.
A very streamlined and professional service indeed.
I have now made him my go-to travel agent and recommended him to friends, family and foe !!
I highly recommend him to anyone looking for prestine travel agent services.

He remained calm, patient, and incredibly thorough while searching for the best flight options for us.
What really stood out was his dedication—when our preferred flight suddenly became available at the last minute, Ricky contacted us to let us know so we wouldn’t miss out. Thanks to him, everything came together perfectly.
The whole experience was smooth, easy, and stress-free, with excellent communication throughout. We couldn’t have asked for better service—highly recommend Ricky!
