My new bunny's cage arrived swiftly and was securely wrapped in a large cardboard box. The cage is very large and of great quality and in the 20 years I've been keeping house rabbits, this is the best ever. Do get someone to help you put the bars together as the sheer size of it is too much for one person and use large pliers. The cage is very sturdy and roomy for one large rabbit or 2 or 3 smaller ones. Overall, Mungo and I are very happy indeed. Thank you so much Little Pet Warehouse.

Even though the cage for my boys was damaged when we received the item, They made it very easy to get the problem resolved. Really good service and would recommend!
Only nit pick I would have is that you can never get through to anyone on the contact number but still can't fault at how easy it was on email.

We ordered a large GP enclosure and received it damaged on December 2nd. We immediately informed them of the damage and sent pictures. They keep on telling us they did not receive any images. I sent an email on 4th December, again with a jpg image attached. I forwarded the message to a friend to check it could be opened, they had no issue opening the image. On the 8th of December I once again attached the image to the email and tried to help them with troubleshooting the problem. I gave them my personal phone number and suggested that they WhatsApp me so that I could send the image over that platform instead. On the 13th I again attached the image to an email, with troubleshooting advice and reiterated that they could WhatsApp me. Then on December, 19th I sent a further email with a drop box link and and also the image. And once again, we have received an email stating that we are ignoring their request for a picture of the damage. We have now resorted to upload the picture as a comment on their FaceBook page. Maybe they will finally be acting on it. But I am not holding my breath.
