It's been a month since we bought this cage for two rats, and I can leave an honest review. Don't waste your money. It's terrible! The plastic tray constantly detaches from the main structure, and I catch my animals all over the room every night. The design is simply not designed for safe, quality animal living.

Ordered wool to knit a childrens cardigan. THR price for delivery was good & arrived quickly. The colours were nice

I’ve used this company many times, but recently had an issue with the bars on the cage flaking when the cage arrived ..

I emailed them regarding this, and had a reply the same day, and the next day, new bars were sent out to me with no issues at all

I am basing this review on the customer service. We had placed an order and received a tracking number but had change of mind at the last minute and asked if we could cancel our order. This was done and a refund received very quickly.

There were a couple of issues regarding delivery that were dealt with promptly. Communication from the customer services team was effective and friendly. We are really happy with the Guinea pig home too. Thank you.

When my bird cage arrived, one of the trays was broken in transit. I rang customer service at LittPetWarehouse and they were excellent! Polite and efficient. The tray arrived the next day. My purchase is brilliant, well made and the birds love their new home. I thoroughly recommend this company .

Received order overnight which was great.
Sadly, couple of issues. 1 feeder was broken, the tray was slightly warped and some of the paint ive since noticed already coming off.
Did contact straight away about the feeder and tray but still waiting for a response.
Review would have had more stars if communication was there.

Great sevice from little pet warehouse we get a lot better delivery service from Royal Mail FedEx is a absolute joke well over a hour late & this is regular if this is the best they can do I will have to look else where for these treats

Very helpful, good product

Was looking for a very large indoor cage, and struggled to find the correct size in various pet shops and online. I finally came across this company and found the perfect one. Not only very sturdy and well made, it was offered at a very good price. The measurements were very clear on the website which made the whole process of finding the best one for my needs very easy. Delivery was quick too. I'd definitely recommend this site, and will definitely be a return customer.
