Little pet warehouse were incredibly helpful after my delivery got delayed due to weather conditions. I needed a cage and accessories short notice (due to an order I placed elsewhere being cancelled) and they were able to get them to me safely and on time. I will definitely be buying from them again soon!

This company were very easy to deal with. A really fast delivery. I can’t comment on the product as it’s for a gift and still to be unwrapped and assembled. Very quick and positive response from the Customer Service team about confusion with points.

Delivered earlier than planned which was good on one hand but, I wasn't around when you gave me short notice so had to find someone to be there, good product happy with it

Good value products but the endless spam emails, 3-4 a day, again and again and again and again, its like Sports Direct on steroids, guys ease it down FFS, if they could they'd use pop-ups, get better marketing tools,. offer discounts, let me know something interesting, like twice a month!

Top service as soon as I had placed my order. Communication via email very efficient especially when I requested a black cage rather than blue. The black cage arrived the next day which was a very swift delivery time. The cage with stand was just as advertised- very sturdy, strong and high quality. Thank you!

Genuinely this is the best service, value for money & quality of supplies. I was hesitant to order from a unknown supplier but I have now ordered 2 cages and some items to fill it and it came very quickly and I was updated the entire time. I will be recommending to anyone who owns a small animal!!! Very impressed and a very happy customer - thanks so much! I will be back online on my next pay day :-)

Would have been 5 stars but one of the water bottles ordered didn't have a wire to hold to the cage not a big deal bit was a little disappointed apart from that great service super fast dispatch and delivery and great products

The cage is good, it's a good size unfortunately it arrived battered with holes in the box, the metal sides of the cage are slightly bent and the design is extremely difficult to put together. Some of the clips were missing completely and the instructions to put it together were not only torn but literally just a picture. Now that the cage is put together there is no way of separating the top from the bottom for easy access to clean.

I ordered a cage for my chinchillas and when it arrived there were some of the clips missing, I messaged the company who got back to me within an hour they asked me to send pictures of what was missing and how many which I did and they sent out replacements the next day which we received the following day they also sent a free feeder bottle aswell. All in all a great service from a great company.

I’ll be honest , I’ve never heard of this company before today and was a bit skeptical when I was about to place my order however I don’t know where to start from , such a user friendly website , found exactly what I needed within seconds , placed the order with no hassle and within couple hours I received my shipment tracking and I’m expecting it within 24 hours of me placing my order , I’m speechless honestly , from being skeptical before ordering to now planning on having a shopping spree for my rabbit this company has definitely found the key in how to please customers , expect many more orders from me @littlepetwarehouse
