Unprofessional, rude, liars and that is keeping it polite! Surprised they have a business and seem to be hiding behind the current crisis which we are all facing, not just them, despite the fact I have managed to buy most of my order for cheaper from my local Tesco.
Ordered what I couldn’t get from another similar type company yesterday at 3pm and it was delivered today! A professional outfit who respect their customers even in challenging times and will get my custom in the future...... not like this shower of crooks!!

I placed an order for items in stock, but due to the current covid-19 crisis was advised orders would take 3-5 days and not next day deliver. Which was fair enough.
I waited 4 days and heard nothing, so decided to contact them on their chat facility. I had to wait 2 hours for a response as they had not replied to my earlier email asking for a status update.
All they kept saying to me was give us time, despite having 4 and then 5 days for items that were in stock. Clearly something is wrong and customers are being lied to. So I managed to complain and got a call back from a manager, who would not reveal her name. She was not prepared to listen to my concerns and kept talking over me or putting me on hold. When she did speak she kept saying give us more time, to which I replied, how much time do you want as you have had 5 days already. I did not get an answer, This manager was rude, ignorant, kept putting me on hold and hung up on me.
SERIOUSLY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS - When I placed the order they literally took the money off me immediately and then haven't dispatched 1 single item. Despite me telling them I wanted the order delivered within an acceptable time frame they were unable to confirm anything and then started saying they will refund my order despite this being against my wishes.
These people are con people and they are going to rip you off. they need t be reported to trading standards, which is something I am about to explore.
In summary - Liqroo are a cowboy outfit, ripping customers off and delivering nothing, They will fob you off with excuses that tell you absolutely nothing, A disgraceful, unprofessional and nothing short of an illegal set up. Report these clowns, as I certainly will be reporting them.

I have nothing good to say about this company. I ordered from them 20th March for next day delivery. I then emailed them on 22nd as I had not received my order, I was told to give them an extra day. Then on 24th they told £40 out of my account, still no order email telling me they were having a meeting and would let me know. Asked at this point for a refund, no response. Continued to send emails with no response. Called them over a week later to ask for a refund, got told they didn’t know when my order would be delivered, had to ask a number of times for a refund. Got told I would have this money in my account in 5 days. So 6 days later still no refund, called no answer so emailed again asking for a refund. No response and another week later emailed and called again left a message. At 21:00 got a call to advise me that they could not complete my order with what I requested and can they offer me a substitute!!!!!! As you can imagine 3 weeks after my order which was offered with next day delivery I was not very happy. I again stated that over a week ago I asked for a refund and I haven’t received and the fact they took my £40 over 2 weeks ago and are now calling to offer me a substitute!! I asked again for a refund and got told to bare with them due to the current situation. I advised them that it has been 3 weeks and when I ordered the country was not in lock down and they even had the cheek to tell me supermarkets are delayed in providing deliveries.
Please do not order from this company, they will take your money when they can not even provide you with your order. They do not respond to emails and do not give you your money back when you ask. Try another company as they are still offering next day delivery when clearly they are struggling with orders from 3 weeks ago.

Good prices for a reason
This strange time we're all living in led me to look for a beer delivery company. Many of my friends recommended a lot of other rival companies but I went rogue and used Liqroo as their prices seemed good and, despite the uptake in sales due to coronavirus, they had a clear guide that my 'next day delivery' would be guaranteed within 72 hours. I therefore placed an order on 24 March. So far so good.
Fast forward to the 7 April and I have only just received part of my order, with 6 items outstanding still. I have come off another live chat (I think it must be 5 I've done now) where I have been fobbed off again with a made up date where I'm told my delivery will 100% come (on Friday 3 April they confirmed 100% of orders placed in the week I ordered would be delivered by 5 April latest-another lie). No emails have been forthcoming to update me as are promised, and despite my order status saying all items have been dispatched last week, they still haven't.
I get this is an unprecedented situation for the country but with every other beer delivery company managing it within a few days, don't even bother with these guys. Spend a bit more and shop elsewhere.

Save your money. Same complaint as many others. Ordered 9 days ago, nothing received after the confirmation email. That email, sent 30 March, referred to a wait of 48-72 hours because of an issue which would be fixed by 27 March, so communication is poor too. Cannot seem to get in touch, and the online chat starts at No. 22 in the queue and when it gets to No. 1 it just sits there. Never again.
Update 22 April: got in touch by Chat on Tuesday 14th April and was told all orders made up to 30 March would be delivered by the end of the week. It is now Wednesday of the following week and nothing received.

Now I understand the situation we are in with covid 19 but to blatantly lie about the two orders I placed delivery and take my £165 payment without any goods being delivered is appalling.
The company never answer the phone, never reply to any message left or any emails, this business wants closing down by trading standards.

I placed an order on Monday being aware that it could take 48/72 hours,sent two emails,1 on Wednesday night to see if it was coming Thursday,no reply,sent one Thursday asking for an update,no reply.Phoned on Friday,just rings and rings,went online and got live chat,was told it would be with me by the following Tuesday latest.I cancelled as I was going shopping Sunday and might as well buy it whilst I'm out. Was told refund will take 3-5 days. Let's see. They need to update the delivery time message on there website.
Slower than advertised, but all good - definitely not a scam.
Placed an order last Saturday, yes it did say it would be here the next day, but as we all day unprecedented times. Checked in on them via Facebook on Thursday, and they came straight back to me. Very friendly, very pleasant. And my order has just this second turned up.
They took a week, in comparison Majestic took 2 weeks.
I can’t fault them to be honest, definitely not a scam, just a busy time for them.

Exactly what others have said. Absolutely appalling. Next day delivery order paid for on Sunday, now Friday. No response to emails, voicemails, tweet. I’ve now been frozen at position 1 in ‘chat’ for around half an hour. Can only assume it’s all a scam.
Not a scam, just overrun with orders due to Coronavirus. But still. Avoid.
Delivery now 5 days late. No response to calls or emails, searching Twitter it would appear they've done this to lots of people, which leads me to believe it is a scam. Don't order from these people, they take your money and do not fulfil their legal obligations. Also, the telephone number is the same for another dodgy outfit, Rushon, if you check. Scam artists.
UPDATE finally got through on chat, it's allegedly being sent out tomorrow. I'll report back and change review if it shows up. I understand with the Coronavirus everything is a bit mad, but the complete lack of communication isn't helping them.
UPDATE UPDATE. It didn't arrive. Now promised tomorrow. I won't hold my breath.
UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE. Unsurprisingly, no delivery. I'm now going to attempt to get a refund off of these charlatans. The review saying it isn't a scam must be a relative or something. I'm just glad I didn't spend a lot of money, because I'm guessing a refund will be as impossible as getting your delivery.
LAST UPDATE (hopefully). After an hour of arguing in chat, they reluctantly agreed to a refund. I won't be holding my breath for that either...
