Helpful and friendly staff.
The whole process of buying my 850 Sport was made easy because of the helpful and informative staff.

Had a fantastic experience with Gareth O’Shea and the rest of the team at the Dunmow branch. Nothing was too much trouble and the replies to my emails were prompt. Was never once felt pressured during the viewing of the bike. They even put brand new tyres on it for me at no cost and a full tank of fuel to get me on my way.
I will definitely be visiting them next year to get my street triple.

I have dealt with Alex for my last two bikes and have been pleased with the service he gave.

The deal I got from them, I thought was a very fair one. When I had a problem with the bike, they resolved it very quickly to my satisfaction. The people I was dealing with where very helpful, & I was really pleased with the all involved.

I have just purchased a new bike. It was a great experience from start to finish and nothing was a problem for the team! The customer service was amazing but at the same time, I had a very good offer on part ex so it made the new bike affordable. Would highly reccomned going through them to get your next bike!

Kept well informed of progress with regular updates, a warm friendly welcome with coffee and chat.
Bike was serviced and cleaned prior to collection and paperwork sorted out.
Professional attitude right through, plus a follow up call.

Great handover and service of the bike sale but unfortunately there had been empty cans and water bottles left in the top box and the main battery doesn’t seem to hold charge with the bike struggling to start. It’s an aftermarket lipo battery which i suspect has been allowed to discharge. I have changed it for a new AGM type so hopefully this will cure the problem.

Very unprofessional, I placed a deposit on an Aprilia in the morning with an agreed price with the salesman yet to be called at 5pm that day that it’s now £2000 pounds more!
Absolute joke and simply told nothing I can do and they returned deposit 5 days later.

I've had nothing but excellent communication and service from Lings. From the first call to the last email, I am very happy with the service and experience and can't thank them enough for my new bike.

From start to finish a great experience. Started with a chat with Josh to find out exactly the bike that was right for needs . Which I think he got spot on . Good communication all the way through the process to the end point of hand over where Alex took over which all went very smoothly . Bike nice and clean full tank of fuel ready to go . A very professional and friendly experience.

Good product but Lings on this occasion had shortfalls on both sales and after sales professionalism.
I wouldn’t use them again.
