Customer service in store and over the phone was both fantastic. There was constant contact between myself and Sam over the phone who helped me go through the process of reserving a bike and what will happen and overall Really helpful. Katie in store was so nice at helping me through the whole process of signing everything over into my name, explaining everything to me, as well as answering any questions I had. Gave me time to think about my purchase and made sure I was happy with everything before we continued. They followed up with a phone call every week for a few weeks to make sure everything was still ok and if there was any problems they could help with. Really great experience, would recommend and shop from again, thanks again Lings x

Overall experience was good. Sales team were friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy.
Only slight niggle was that options I had ticked were not on the bike when I picked it up. This was soon rectified though the next day.

This was my second motorcycle purchase from Lings Powersports. My first bike was my dream bike, a KTM Superduke 1290r which I purchased in February 2024.
Unfortunately I just couldn't get on with the Superduke from an ergonomic point of view. I therefore decided to take out a 1290 super adventure for a test ride. Process of booking this and going out was dead simple and hassle free. Knew I was on the right bike within the hours so decided to trade the Superduke in for a 1290 super adventure instead.
Trade in value offered on an 3 month bike was pretty hard to take, but that’s the nature of the beast with VAT etc and my own fault.
However, Ian the manager went above and beyond my expectations to help me out with a deal on the super adventure with accessories and tech packs etc which really made me feel much happier. Superb dealership. Every member of staff I have interacted with has been professional and knowledgeable. Communication has been on point throughout via email or telephone.

Hand over experience of the Superduke and collection of the Superadventure was smooth. Everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered very well by Jamie.

KTM use the KTM connect app to manage everything to do with their bikes and here you can find navigation, service records and maintenance manuals. Really easy to use.

Hands down the best main dealer experience I’ve had to date and I’ve had BMW, Harley, Yamaha, Honda and Suzuki motorcycles over the years. Would highly recommend it to anyone, even if you aren’t buying, pop in for a coffee and a chat and check out a showroom full of lovely bikes from KTM, GasGas and Husqvarna to gush over.

Ian, Jamie and everyone in sales/ after sales were fantastic when dealing with the purchase of a new superduke. From Product info, finance options and additional parts, any questions I had, they knew or found the answer to! Will certainly be back to buy more soon.
