Was meant to be picking up my new bike on Saturday 4 June ,but I called into the shop late Wednesday afternoon 1st June to drop off the seat cowl and original exhaust, only to be told that the bike wasn't ready for Saturday. What I'm trying to say is if I had not turned up on the Wednesday I would not have known ,so therefore would have turned Saturday morning to be told this ! .I had arranged for my insurance to be transferred over for the Saturday as well, I've now had to change this again at a cost of £60 .

I brought my monkey bike from lings of Harleston i rang up on the of chance they had a second hand one,i spoke to Kevin he had a monkey bike in Wales i put a deposit down on it. I had to wait for a while but it was worth waiting for. A month later i had my yellow monkey bike with an off the market exhaust which makes a lot of noise I'm very happy with my bike... I found Lings Motor Group to be very helpful and in fact Bob came to my aid and was very helpful and polite, he gave me the advice needed to help me choose a suitable motorcycle for me to match my requirements.

Bob was my first point of contact at Lings and he was great from the off , they were able to get me a good price on my purchase which other dealers failed to do. Communication was good throughout the process ,The young chap doing the delivery was very good took care with unloading the bike and made sure I understood its operation. I would use Lings again for sure

From the initial enquiry, through to riding away, the lings experience has been absolutely outstanding. Having never tried a litre class bike before, the hands on demonstration, training, videos and advice given by Rob has been invaluable, and greatly appreciated. The transition from a hornet, to a CB1000RA has been painless, and very enjoyable indeed.

A lovely experience, everyone I spoke to was very helpful and courtious. Having never bought anything like this I had no idea what to do. Mr Robert Thompson took me through all the procedures and was a massive help. Bought a bike online, when I collected it from the Harleston branch I was greeted my a very grumpy salesman who asked why I hadn't bought through his branch and complained he was doing all the work and someone else was getting the commission. Bike was dirty and had a flapping rear view mirror. If I hadn't already cancelled my insurance on the bike I was trading in I would have cancelled the deal. Bike came without the rear seat pad and the following day struggled to start, the day after that it wouldn't start. It went back to Lings for six days, it now runs well but when I collected it it was still very dirty. The worst bike buying experience in over 35 years of buying from trade and private.

Easy to deal with,very straight and honest at Lings Harleston. This is the second time I have dealt with them A++++ thanks Kevin. Only one small gripe had bike delivered and driver was late ! With no communication ! Otherwise all good.

Service provided has been first rate and sales personnel very helpful indeed in my purchasing a new motorcycle from the Lings group
No quibbling or hassle in exchanging my old motorcycle(s) for a new one, guided through the sales process easily and quickly, most of the transactions done electronically making life even easier, helped and advised on insurance policies as well as FCA requirements
Overall an easy and pleasant sales experience

Everyone I dealt with including delivery were excellent. A point I do wish to make is that I paid the whole balance of the vehicle 16 days before it was delivered to me, on the balance payment date or soon after it would be helpfull if the V5 was changed over so that I would have it ready to tax the vehicle when it arrived, I was unable to tax the vehicle with the green slip supplied in the document pack, so therefore I am still unable to tax the vehicle 5 days after receiving it.

Placed my order in November 2021 expecting a long wait. Collected my bike at the being of March, exactly when I wanted it really, I was even offered a cancellation in between but wanted to wait for the new registration and better weather.
Salesman, Kevin Turner, was informative and helpful from start to finish so all in all I’m very happy with the service I received from Lings Honda.
